Jay did a remarkable job in explaining to a novice very much outside his element the intricacies of furnace functionality and actually made the process very interesting and engaging. At the same time he was able to accurately diagnose our situation, make important recommendations and most importantly restore us to a warm home. Very professional and highly recommended, I found this visit to be outstanding in every aspect!
I was referred to Kelly's through my neighbors that highly recommended them. They had had good experiences and so did I. My 20+ year old units needed replacing and they did everything they promised to do and beyond! They promised they would have it done in a day and it was. The pricing was exactly as they quoted. When a minor related issue needed to be addressed two weeks after the fact they came and fixed it the same day. I highly recommend Kelly's for your HVAC needs!

I got a dozen bids for an HVAC system and was pleasantly surprised that I could upgrade to a high efficiency HVAC system for an incredible price with a name brand unit from Kelly's. Jay was great to explain all the options and the technicians, Jay and Jordan were efficient, extremely knowledgeable and able to install everything by the end of day in blistering heat! I highly recommend Kelly's Heating and Cooling.
Our furnace went out at 9pm the night before. Kelly's had someone at our house by 8:30am the next morning. Technician was friendly and professional. Repaired the furnace quickly. Great experience for us.
Looking for the best install/service/remodel HVAC in Utah? Look no further. Kelly shows day in and day out that he genuinely cares about the customers and the HVAC systems they install. The service tech is extremely knowledgeable and has no problems answering any and all concerns related to your systems. Highly recommended 10/10!
We have Kelly for over 20 years. I have referred Kelly to many and they were all very Happy with their service and pricing. We recently another "TV advertising Gerhart approved companies" come in to do the preseason inspection. They said I needed to replace both of our furnaces immediately. I called Kelly and he sent tech to inspect my furnaces. Yes, the furnaces are older, but working well. They will will fail and need be replaced, but it will likely be many years. I was charged $0 by Kelly. The other guys charged me a "discounted" $80 per unit for nothing but a bait and switch to trick me into buying equipment I do not need yet. Thanks Kelly.
My builder for my home used Kelly’s Heating and Air - so when I needed something fixed within the warranty, I was to use them. I was so pleasantly surprised with how awesome their service was. They contacted me quickly, had me set up for an appointment as soon as possible, and were very courteous and kind. The repairman that came was incredibly kind and polite - he was efficient and thorough in both the job and in his explanation to me. He also was on top of it when it came to what he could do to finish up and what my builder needed. The best surprise for me was that on top of being so kind and professional, he cleaned up at the end. After taking out part of my wall to move my thermostat, it was hardly dusty or dirty. I will always use Kelly’s from here on out, no matter what. They are awesome!!
Do not use this company! Unfortunate to see so many companies today that don't know how to work through client requests. We had them install a high end system a year ago. given the problems we have had, it appears it was mis-sized and poorly programmed at a minimum. They seemed like nice enough guys at first and seemed to be decent in trying to resolve the issues we were having, which is too much air blowing in each zone. Ironically, this is the very issue we were having when I called them to replace our old system. Anyway, after having them come out 3 times to try and resolve the issue, I wrote them indicating my frustration on not getting the results they time and time again promised. I also felt their technician spent an inordinate amount of time with tech support from the manufacturer while he was at our house each time. So I asked them if they had someone more experienced that could work on our issues. Well, I got back the nastiest, defensive letter from the main sales guy. Completely unprofessional and completely uncalled for. I had never treated them with disrespect or asked them to do anything that was unreasonable. Basically, they are a company who tells you what you want to hear up front and then if there are any issues that they can't solve, they turn it to be about you and pull out of servicing their mistakes. We have utilized many contractors in the building/remodeling of our three homes. I have never met or used anyone as disrespectful and unwilling to back up their product/service than these guys.
Kelly's Heating and Cooling installed our new central air system. They were fast with getting us an estimates and scheduling the work. They arrived on time and finished the job in one day. Their guys were professional, friendly and answered all my questions. We are very happy with their install work and the new system. I would recommend them to anyone that needs heating and air work. I recently had issues with my air conditioning and these guys really helped me and my family. They went above and beyond! Within a few hour our air conditioning was working again!!! I did compare prices and these guys were less money and overall better than the competition! I definitely TRUST Kelly's Heating and Cooling and I will refer them to everyone.
