They installed two ac/heat units in my home about 4 to 5 years ago . They have always kept up maintaining the units , with yearly inspections of the units. They recommend services or concerns on each inspection. The technicians are on time and very professional on each visit
I had a new furnace installed by this company. They were very professional. It was very cold when my furnace went out and this company installed a new furnace the very next day to ensure my family would be safe from the frigid temperature. The were quick and tidy.
Had to fix my furnace. They came immediately and got it fixed. Always easy to reach and prompt service.
Texas Industrial Air Services provided great service in the installation of our new HVAC units. Since then, they've been a pleasure to work with during routine, seasonal maintenance.
They operate in a professional manner Eric knows how to overcome obstacles and fix the issues during there work. Texas industrial does good and clean work in like some others I will not name that Iv seen that work kinda 1/2 it and rig it to work but rigging unit to work never last in my experience and usually causes other issues. So it’s nice to see a company that takes the time to do the work properly. They will also replace out of date equipment so that the system runs and looks like it should and runs better
Couple issues. I had them install a new HVAC system back in 2018 and paid for the 10 year warranty. I also purchased their annual maintenance agreement every year. The problem with their maintenance agreement is the months they do their checks. The last cool check they did was last September, after the hot months. They called late February to do the heat maintenance, after the cold months. Now I have warranty work I called for them to do (return line is collapsing at the handler) and they are making me sign up for another annual maintenance agreement at only 10 months. The bright spot is the technician, Marshall, who is really great and does a great job.
TIAS installed my AC/heating system in Aug 2016. I've been very pleased with the installation and the trouble-free performance of the units. I have purchased yearly maintenance plans since the install, which provide an inspection of the heating system in the fall, and the AC system in the spring. The TIAS tech has been thorough and courtesy each visit. I highly recommend TIAS for AC/heating services.
I had an A/C issue at my business and TIAS was recommended to me. I called and from the first encounter over the phone I was impressed. The technician arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He fixed the issue in under an hour and the price was reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again and would recommend this business without hesitation.
TIAS has been our go-to air conditioning & heating service company for over 20 years. These are honest, reliable and knowledgeable people who truly care about their customers. They’ve installed new units, serviced old units and replaced yards of old stringy ductwork for us throughout the years at reasonable rates. Highly recommend!
Today their technician arrived on time, was professional, wore booties over his shoes in the house and he corrected a problem with a clogged drain pipe coming off the air conditioning system. He also informed me of any additional work that would cost more than the standard yearly maintenance fee. He was polite and did a thorough job. I am completely satisfied with Texas Industrial Air Services. They installed a new AC system at my townhome about 5 years ago and did a great job then as well!
Replaced our 20+ year old heater this week and the experience was great! They installed our new AC unit in 2013 and our home as never been so comfortable AND lower electric bills.

Marshall and his team were fantastic and extremely attentive to both detail and my satisfaction as a customer. They replaced half the ductwork, checked and touched up other ductwork, installed an attic fan and installed new exhaust fans. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they did. A family-run business serving families...and that’s how they make you feel.
