The costumer support I have received from Davis AC is the best; from adjusting the air flows to my preference to correcting any issues with my ac like leaks and dehumidifier operation. Great work!!
Technician was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and educated me as to how to perform basic maintenance tasks
Our A/C quit running on the 4th of July and we called Davis A/C. The Technician came out and fixed the issue along with checking the entire unit. We have been using Davis for 15 years and couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much!
I would like to say that this company gives great service but I can not. I'm currently going on three years, and this damper switch has finally stopped working properly. In my brand new home, that's not even four years old. After the winter storm, this system has not been performed properly. Zone 1 in my house consists of master room, master bathroom area. It gets warmer than the rest of the house in the summertime and vice versa in the winter. The winter is extremely bad because my return vent is blowing heat out upstairs because it is cooler downstairs than upstairs, and the unit is trying to cool zone 1. Which never gets properly heated. Causing upstairs to get 15 plus degrees hot if no one noticed that it is constantly running. Now they've shown me how to open this switch, which I've had to show my family how to do because I'm constantly on the road. Which was a plus, but as of yesterday, this solution doesn't work anymore. I'm a veteran in his new home and have come completely fed up now. Can I please get this repaired or replaced. I'll be calling this morning....😡😡
My experience with Davis today was great. The tech who came was very professional and knowledgeable with his job. He constantly communicated with me to make sure that concerns are being addressed. He was quick to identify the causes and find answers to the ongoing issues. Two thumbs up!

Kevin came to my house today and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed my issue and got my A/C working upstairs. He also informed me of a separate issue with my A/C unit and informed me of next steps in getting that issue repaired.

We just moved in and had to call warranty service for noise in the vents. The service tech was great! Quick and efficient. He was willing to support with more than he was assigned and gave us advice for us for future use as well.
I had primary AC drain line clogged at our house. Before Marquis, I had three other guys came including a plumber and nobody was able to either identify or fix the issue. They just vacuumed water out the pipe and the water leaked again. Another guy said only thing it could fix is having french drain system which costs $1200. But Marquis identified the problem right and solved it! I'm so glad to find David's ac & heating.

Matt fixed the issue with A/C . Friendly and professional. Unit was installed by Davis (no kin) Refrigeration 19.4 years ago and has been very reliable.
Davis A/C has been servicing my home since 2006. Always on time and calls 30 minutes before arriving. Always upfront and honest about any issues with my unit. Definitely recommend!
