After dealing with another company and their technician, we fortunately found Sun AC & Heating. Laura was very helpful making the initial appointment. Jay - our technician, showed up early and was very professional and patient listening to our explanation of the AC issue. He promptly ordered the parts we needed and Laura got us scheduled again for installation. Once again Jay showed up early with parts in hand. It took all of 22 minutes and our unit is finally working correctly for the first time. The previous company said it would be a 2 person job and made us feel like the house would have to be torn down to install the same parts. Huge thank you to Sun AC!

This was a great company to work with, very organized, responsive and quick during this type of heat. The owner Rusty was very knowledgeable with any and all of my questions. According to my husband, all of the employees were very nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond anything we expected. I would highly recommend this company and Rusty to anyone. My husband has already done so!
Jonathan came to fix my AC on one of the hottest Saturdays of the year! He was able to analyze my problem and fix my AC in 15 minutes and then he verified it for 30 additional minutes on his day off! Excellent service!!!

The technician was an hour late but he made it to my house on the day I called and in the first week when the temperatures have hit 100+ consistently (not to mention the flat tire he had to get fixed). Even better, he got the unit back up and running! I don’t know where Jim finds his technicians but I couldn’t be happier. Richard serviced us for over 25 years. He finally retired and Sergio came out today and picked up right where Richard left off! If you are looking for an HVAC company for your home, give Sun A/C a call. You will be impressed by their knowledge, honesty and professionalism.

Was honest didn't try to upsale but we still got the best ac. Jay did a good job explaining and made sure we got what we needed.
Had an a/c checkup today. Jay, the technician was on time and professional as before. Jay checked the a/c portion in attic, then proceeded to check unit outside. I asked what the capacity readings were, Jay replied “Within limits, slightly on the upper limits” but did not say I needed new capacitor. I told Jay to go ahead and put a new capacitor in since it’s a 15 year old unit and has never been replaced. Honestly goes along way with me. I’ve been watching and questioning different companies technicians for 25 years plus and I believe I have found a trustworthy company.
Edward is the quintessential professional! He arrived on time and performed the spring maintainance above and beyond what your average technician would do. He also replace the metal air filter grill located in the ceiling. He gave me tips regarding the A/C system -- I learned quite a few things from this young man. I highly recommend Edward and I will certainly request his services again.

Heating system went out while we were sleeping. We woke up to a cold house. Made the call to Sun and they scheduled a technician for same day. Jay arrived before scheduled time and promptly got the system running again. Jay was very knowledgeable and courteous. We finally found a company we will continue using because they have proven their integrity over others we have used before.
