5-28-2022 found out that this company was suppose to be fix alden northshore skokie rehab air conditioning yesterday. G&P mechanical AND Alden northshore skokie rehab SUCKS Still NO AIR CONDITIONING. WINDOWS OPEN. STAFF NOT DOING ANYTHING
Tony and his team of G & P have been the company that I have used for my AC work for 10 yrs +. Finally this year I decided to replace my unit. They did a wonderful job for a great price. I'm now saving approx. $200 a month on my Electrical bill. Thanks G&P

I have been working with these guys for over 3 years now. I had a new A/C installed and they have provided excellent maintenance since then. Every time they show up, they go above and beyond, by fixing the issue reported, doing additional checks and giving tips to make sure our unit is running well. I would highly recommend them. G&P replaced one of my units in 2019 they also service my ac twice a year. My husband could not replace the filter this in the attic due to illness this month. I reached out to them and they came the same day to replace the filter. I am very grateful for their service. I called G & P Mechanical for an estimate when my A/C unit at my house went out. They came out that day and gave me an estimate. After getting 3 quotes, without quote far mor affordable, I called them back and with in one day they removed the old unit and 25 year old metal ductwork in the house and had the new system and ductwork installed and working wonderfully. I have recommend them to several colleges at work and they all say the same thing. “They were Awesome”
Tony was disrespectful, arrogant, unhelpful, and unaccountable after only a brief telephone conversation. For appropriate context, I recently bought a new home with the seller only providing a name & phone number for the relatively new compressor and furnace (like 1 year but I don't know exactly because Tony wouldn't get into that). So I call him to simply get an idea of all the work that was done and when--reason being is that the wiring in the attic to the circuit board is spliced twice and wired unconventionally (per a HELPFUL technician & common sense), as well as the fact that I now own a 5 ton compressor (1700 sq ft.) with a three ton coil. Naturally, the new tech recommended to speak with the last service company and/or equipment provider (because he noted that any respectable HVAC company wouldn't just honor any service warranty (standard) but also simply want to rightfully fix any of the work that they performed, or provide ANY help whatsoever). During our conversation I begin by giving a brief rundown of the situation (including that I am the new owner), and even before any constructive conversation he highlighted that he remembers but that I am not the person who originally purchased the equipment, so he has nothing to do with the situation. He continues to say that it is HIS policy to not provide any service warranty nor guarantee of his work because I am not the person who bought and ordered it all--communicated very rudely and with complete unaccountability. SO I recommend NOT USING them let alone consulting for any services if you are looking for any accountability, understanding (unbeknownst to him, because we never got to it, I have been always willing to pay whatever to fix because I'll have to pay for it any direction I go), and a service warranty (only in certain cases per how he's feeling). Don't use them if you're about to sell your house or if you plan to help buy a new system for any loved one--they don't care nor warrant their work.

Tony and his crew are first class professionals and warm and friendly people. They completed the installation of three new Trane HVAC systems in less than two days. They did great work at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
