I received 9 quotes to remove my old condenser/air handler and install new units. Hands down, Fresh Air gave me the best quote based on price and product. My selection was also very much based on first impression and whether I was getting a tradesman or a salesman. When it comes to spending thousands of dollars on any sort of trade work, I look for someone that is going to be real with me. When Derek came to look over the job and build an invoice we had a very honest conversation that wasn’t filled with hooks and sales pitches. I had a couple companies trying to replace items that didn’t need to be replaced and some saying they could just fix the problem when I already know it couldn’t be repaired. After I accepted the bid, Fresh Air had the new units delivered to my house within 4 days. The next morning the team showed up and got to work. Everyone was respectful and professional around my family and me. The finished product looks and FEELS amazing. They where careful not to damage anything as they hauled the old stuff out and the new stuff in. Going up and down the stairs to the second floor and through the narrow hallway where the attic access was something I wasn’t even sure could be done but they made it look easy. No trash left behind and there was even some pieces of trash already up there so they definitely went above and beyond and left it looking better than before they got there. Besides the price tag that comes with buying a new HVAC system I can honestly say that it was a very good experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

It was such a pleasure to have someone answer and return a call, follow thru on a request, and go above to see that the smallest details were handled. I can't believe how much more comfortable we are in our home and can't wait for the energy savings. I absolutely love this system, it exceeded my expectations! Derek you have a hell of a crew, deliver a superb product, and do it with professionalism and detail. Fresh Air Systems is the only company I'll recommend for any A/C needs. We'll see y'all for service soon and an upgrade system in 20 years. More proof: 'Energy demands days' are frequent in San Antonio, Before my a/c replacement with the Carrier Infinity model I was ranked 85th using 24.06kwh/jr while keeping my house warm at 79degrees. After the install my ranking improved to 33 using 9.17kwh/hr while keeping my home cooler at 77degrees with controlled humidity below 50%. Staying Cool in SA
Derek and his team CRUSHED this installation that has been going on for 6 months, We originally spoke with Derek in regards to an issue with our out door unit, made a good first impression, but I was skeptical as I am with most things, so I went around and found some decent financing at other places for around the same price. At the end of the day companies were jerking us around, from home warranty companies to the actual AC companies. So we came back to the team, they came out assessed installed all within 2 business days. The Other companies LOST a condenser, and then said it was going to be an additional 2k if I wanted to install a new one. Dereck said he would install for the same price he gave me a month prior.. This team is absolutely awesome and they have earned a life time customer. 10/10 Again they absolutely knocked it out of the park!!!!
They do my twice a year service and also came out when my new system started making a noise, David found the problem, fixed it easily, walked me through what he was doing to my system and why. He was absolutely polite the whole time. They were on time and it didn't cost me a fortune.
They are a little pricey but I love them The guy I had come out to do my work was wonderful and he wouldn't stop until the problem was fixed. The previous owners never serviced the air conditioning unit so there was a ton of sediment clogged into the pipeline he spent 2 hours trying to unclog and eventually did get it unclogged so it would stop leaking from my second story to my first story floor.

I have been a customer of Fresh Air Systems for two decades. I just bought a brand new air conditioner and furnace. It was in the nick of time because two days later Texas was hit with an arctic freeze. My family and I would have froze to death had it not been for Fresh Air. The system I bought from Fresh Air is phenomenal. Not only am I saving huge amounts of money on my electric bill, but I just cashed a $700 rebate check from CPS for saving the environment with my new air conditioning unit. I would not have known about the rebate if Fresh Air had not told me about it. We are so grateful to be customers of Fresh Air Systems.
They told me I had black mold in the pellum of a recently installed system. Suggested abatement and UV Lights to stop it. I called the installer, no mold, just the inside of the pellum is black.
I have used them before for maintenance. They are reliable and have very fair pricing. I feel I can trust them to only recommend what is needed and not a bunch of work I don’t need. One morning I heard my thermostat kicking on and off. I called Fresh Air, they came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, found out unit was still under warranty. I only had to pay for installation. I highly recommend them.

The owner believes in serving customers fairly. Instead of just telling me that my 20 yr old system should be replaced he knew that I didnt have $8-9000 for a new a/c unit & told me that they'd fix the furnace for me. So, after he came out & diagnosed the problem he sent Gabriel to get the parts & Gabriel came back and replaced the parts! No other co. wanted to service my furnace but just wanted to sell me a new unit. Thank you Fresh Air for saving me $1000's and giving me great service. Definately will use them again!
I first used Fresh Air Systems earlier this year when my insurance company sent them to do some repairs on my A/C system. They were very professional and thorough. I told them to call me this winter for my winter maintenance and they did. Gabe came out and discovered what two other HVAC companies had missed when I bought my house, that my heat pumps weren't working properly (they weren't coming on at all when I turned on the heat, the HVAC was only using the heat strips to heat the house). He spent hours working with my messed up wiring to install two new thermostats and now everything works great. Anna at the office is also very courteous and calls to let me know when they're on their way, and they've always been on time. I'll definitely continue to use Fresh Air Systems for all my HVAC needs. We have had so much issues with our AC since we have moved into our house from it not cooling the rooms and it being hot. And everyperson we call wants to charge a arm and a leg . Jr had came and cleaned our pipe and not only did he educate us but solved our issue. Our rooms have been cold for the first time in 2 years . we are so grateful he worked with us and helped us after all the previous failed attempts where it felt like it was just about the money. This company did not make us feel like that. They genuinely want to help. Especially in this horrible heat in Texas.
Derek is the best! Passionate about his knowledge and very fair and honest. This is my second system install and I couldn't be happier with the product and service!
I have been working with Fresh Air for over a decade, and they have never done me wrong. Whatever they fix lasts forever, and the price is right.
These guys are great. We have had 3 different service calls with them now, and each time they are very kind and explain how and why something went wrong. They have reasonable pricing and do their best to keep your bill low. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.
