One of your drivers was texting and driving on the downtown highway today by St. Mary's st. Exit. He didn't signal while changing lanes. Two cars honked at him and then he got mad at the two cars. How unprofessional and should know better than to represent his company like that. Especially with the name BIG on the van. It was a white van and a older white van.
I work at a place that is maintained by them. We have been waiting about 2 months now “for a part” with no air conditioning. So yeah. Not happy.
300% Mark up on simple parts. Their top techs do not stick around because the way they are treated. They constantly send out techs that are basically on OJT and most of them have no clue what they are doing, this is even more so on their plumbing side. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Beyer wasn't bad years ago but they have grown to be completely dishonest and crooked.
I worked with the best loved my crew and my foreman roger sollner he thought me alot
I work here for a couple of years wonderful people always help me in personal matters wish all the best for Beyer family and their employees

Oscar was very courteous and professional. He performed the semi-annual check of my unit. He provided me with explanations of what he was doing as he was doing it. Keep me in the information loop as he went. Thank you, Oscar!
The technician can checked the AC unit and was very professional
The scheduled maintenance went fine; however, before Luis left, he pointed out that the overflow drain line does not have a float switch installed. He said cost is $250 (I'm assuming that includes LABOR since a float switch itself costs <$50.) I told him that I would look into this and let him know. I checked the Lennox manual given to me when the new condenser and coil was installed in 2013, and it appears that this overflow device was simply not installed by the Beyer Boys. (The overflow line just has a plug/cap in it instead of a float switch or whatever should be there.) Could y'all look into this for me? If it should've been included in the installation, I would like that to be done before a problem occurs.
We have had wonderful service with the Beyer Boys.
Very attentive installard. Their goal was to make it all 100%. They were at the house for approximately 7 hours and finished the project. Jesse Mendez and Efren Lopez were a great team.
Shawn was very ccourteous, friendly and conducted himself in a professsional manner. He was quite efficient, but then again, Beyer Boys send out service men who are well trained and competent in what they do. We have been clients for many years. We appreciate great serice every time!
Techs are always very nice .
Luis did a thorough job professionally. I am pleased.
Timely and professional as usual.
I appreciated the promptness and courtesy of Monty and John. Monty explained what he did and how the new device worked. Usually repair people are in a big hurry to leave. Monty took his time and made sure I knew how to work everything and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated that!
