The tech was awesome. Got the unit up and running which was a blessing. Ok, so he made me aware of the motor was going to die and we should really consider a replacement. It is what it is. He was truly responsive to all my questions. Very pleased with Beyer and when the new motor arrives I'll be even more pleased.

Despite being 2 hours outside of our service window, our technician, Jose Gonzalez, took his time educating me on our systems. He was at our home last 6:00 on a Friday night ensuring that we would have working AC.

I will start out by saying both the technician and salesman that came out were professional and informative. I will now get to the estimate from management. $27.995. Yes, you read that right $27,995. This is not from the salesman. He had to talk to management to get the pricing. This is just to replace duct work. This is not including any demo of the sheetrock downstairs to get to the duct work between the floors. We would be responsible for removing and then paying someone to replace the downstairs sheetrock. This price they gave us does not even include a new a/c unit. Even if it included an a/c unit, this price is ridiculous. For this price, that is a very good start for getting an in group pool put in!

Allan our salesman was attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions. He allowed us to answer without being rushed. He then followed the next Day to make sure we were satisfied. The installers were professional and friendly. Ray the supervisor came by to make sure we were satisfied.
Jeff was amazing and worked on our issues right away. He gave us his expert advice and was able to fix the problems. I would highly recommend Beyer and Jeff.
Very professional, the appointment was available immediately and the communication with the technician was great prior arriving to the house. Overall perfect. Except we need to wait for the part 4 days (per plan today); so I wish there was more inventory of main parts. Thank you for all. Now waiting on Tues.. it is a peak season super 🔥 hot. .. Today is WEDNESDAY the part arrived and installation went great. Another part was needed.. but everything successful. I'm excited to arrive home to the AC
Great service, on time and professional...recommended. Only hiccup: had small moisture spot on ceiling after install, but they quickly followed up with drywall repair arrangement
A/C went out on Father’s Day. Looked for someone to come out today and didn’t find anyone until I found Beyer. Booked them for today at 5 and the tech called me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and within the time frame specified, but when he told me the problem and what it was going to cost, I was dumbfounded. I was desperate and wanted the air to work. So I overlooked the price because I thought it must be a special kind of wire. Well the problem reoccurred and again I called Beyer. The lady on the phone wanted to charge me another service fee to come re-do the work the tech did the first time. Talking about taking advantage of a situation! I told her to not worry about it and called Aramendia. Aramendia came out and fixed what Beyer Bozos couldn’t do right. And it was much less. I would not waste my time with these clowns. Aramendia has my business and even purchased a brand new unit from them. I hope my tragedies serves as a lesson for everyone looking for an A/C company.
Thank God! Beyer air conditioning is the best. They had to come fix a problem that another company caused. I will be using Beyer for any problems in the future
Joe was great. He arrived during the scheduled window and diagnosed the problem. He was quite knowledgeable and suggested two different scenarios to fix the problem. He was able to get our AC running and explained what he felt the unit needed to prevent this from happening again. Our full repair is on the calendar. Thank you for the fast response.
Out of three air conditioning business, we called they were the one that basically came the next day, very thankful of very professional very informative!
