glad they could fix my system. other places had a higher service call price and said that this would be removed from the price if repaired. not happy, but ok, the other companies said, i needed the system replace. after the techs said everything was good. i asked if they put the system back together they said yes. they left i went to check, the didn't put the cover plates back on the system. not happy. happy they didn't try to sell me a new system. thank you
I called this morning, and they were able to send Paul, the same afternoon. This is after WEEKS of waiting on another quote, from a bigger company, as they kept telling me the parts for the heat kit were on back order and "may" be here 13/31/22. Paul showed up with a van full of parts, and had the heat going within a couple of hours. I signed up for yearly maintenence with this company, and will not be using anyone else moving forward. HIGHLY recommend. Very professional, and very respectable. Paul came out again today, 4/14 for maintenance he was completely professional and thorough on steps to take. Great company to work with. Will continue to use them!
Great customer service! Courteous & punctual, also saved our cat from climbing up into the attic with them :)
Ours is an older home and has some odd issues. This team always works with us, in deciding the best way to manage the issues to move forward. They have squeezed in visits to maintain the area for my elderly Mother assisting us to keep her environment in a good comfort zone.
The AirPro technician, David, showed up on time, was diligent in his work ... as usual, went above and beyond in checking out the HVAC system, and previously done repairs. A definite keeper!
Best price, best customer service. The gentlemen I worked with were helpful, candid about the pros and cons of the different AC models they offered, and had the best price of the three companies I got quotes from. They even went out of their way to set up a portable AC unit in my room pending the actual AC installation so my two small children and I could sleep comfortably in my room. They installed the AC quickly and professionally, answered all my questions about maintenance, and gave me tips for routine care for the unit. Highly recommend!!!
Paul Sepeda arrived on time, introduced himself to me, and was very professional. He provided me with a couple of options for the repair. He wore a face mask and shoe covers. He was very approachable, thorough and friendly. I highly recommend this company. Great experience.
A tremendous shout out of thanks and gratitude to Robert Reasor and AirPro Cooling & Heating. My spouse and I were on a cruise ship in the middle of the Caribbean celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary, when our daughter-in-law informed us that our home a/c stopped working. I immediately put a distress signal out to Robert with AirPro, he called me immediately and I told him what was happening. The first thing he told me was, don’t worry, to enjoy our cruise and he would have someone take a look at it with in 24 hours. The next day, not even 24 hours, more like 18 hours the issues was fixed! Now I’m sitting in a nice cool home. Thank you again to Robert Reasor and AirPro Cooling and Heating! You’ve got a customer for life!
We have been trying to find someone to assist with a maintenance plan for our 16seer unit another company who sold/installed. It has been near impossible to get these other folks to answer their phone much less offer a maintenance agreement. Paul with AirPro answered right away and set up an appointment for this week! We look forward to doing business with AirPro for many years to come! Will post again after our appointment 😀!
Put a hole in the coolant line. We called Airpro since they installed the system a couple years prior. John was on time and professional. Thanks for fixing my boo boo. Update, March 2022, Had Air Pro rework the ducts upstairs to create better airflow. John and his partner were professional and courteous. While the work was being done there was a few spots where the sheetrock nails came out, but Robert and Airpro took care of the minor issue. Highly recommend AirPro Cooling & Heating!!!

Robert Reasor and his staff are second to none. I have had several ACs in my houses and now I have a company for life. Technicians were awesome and informative, the maintenance great. I have noticed my bills have literally been cut in half which is great in these times. If you want any AC/Heat stuff done to your house and done right the first time you must chose AirPro. Highly recommend!!
I have been using AirPro since 2015 I had a system go bad and they were one of the better bids and have been providing services to my rental and personal homes. I still use them today. John was my recent technician and he did a wonderful job communicating things to do moving forward. Love that about this company smaller , better attention to detail and always so honest. Robert is the owner and he has integrity!
LOVE this company! Been using them for years, even had them install an entirely new a/c and heating system a few years back and we noticed the positive difference quickly in cooling, heating, and lower electric and gas bills! Paul Sepeda is typically our tech, completing our yearly Spring and Fall check. What a gentleman Paul is... polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and on time. Refreshing to get such expert service for such a reasonable price!
Air Pro has been taking care of our house heating and cooling for years. They are responsive and professional. In Texas heat this is greatly appreciative. They have never failed to find the solution to the problems and quickly apply the repairs. I highly recommend them for service and yearly maintenance of all systems. I called Air pro heating and cool; they sent someone out pretty quickly. My technician Paul Sepeda showed up ready and competent to handle my A/C issues. He provided quick and efficient service, recommendations, and a return service date. When Paul returned for my home's additional A/C needs, he worked diligently and kept my husband and I informed. Paul Sepeda was our AirPro technician. He was on time, courteous, clean and demonstrated a great knowledge our HVAC system. He did everything we asked for and more, and did it thoroughly. He answered all our questions, and gave us multiple options for some needed work. He did not "oversell" any high-priced option. We would recommend Paul in a heart beat...a real "keeper"!
Paul came out on time and was very professional. He was even nice enough to cover his shoes each time he came in and out despite my dogs having muddied the floor. He took care of the situation in about an hour and I am very grateful. I definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking to have their system serviced/fixed.
