After working with other HVAC companies, I really like South Coast Heat and Air. Their office is responsive, they are able to schedule appointments easily, and the technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I always have a good experience working with them.

Great customer service! I called Sunday night with a broken a/c and was told that they could get me on the schedule for Wednesday but they would call me Monday to discuss sooner. I got a call that Alex would be making my appointment on Monday! Alex got there when expected, he was very professional and very patient with all of my questions. He explained what went wrong and was very thorough with going through his checklist as to what could have caused the capacitor failure. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend SouthCoast Heat & Air!
We had Bart come over too but quite opposite, he didn't said anything to me except "you're good to go" before he left. I noticed he was wearing hearing aid so when I asked him something he didn't seem like he could hear me thus didn't get any response back.
Exceptional Service from South Coast Heat and Air ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Daniel and South Coast Heat and Air enough! We recently experienced a Texas heat wave, and our air conditioning unit decided to give up on us. Daniel came to our rescue on a Sunday, which was truly a lifesaver. From the moment he arrived, Daniel was incredibly friendly, honest, and thoughtful. He even wore shoe covers to ensure our floors stayed clean! Despite the sweltering 101-degree temperatures, Daniel braved the heat in our attic to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with our AC unit. Within no time, the air was blowing cold again, providing us with much-needed relief. One of the things that stood out to me was the advanced digital tools Daniel used. It's clear that South Coast Heat and Air is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest technology in their field to provide the best service possible. Additionally, Daniel took the time to discuss some great options for us to consider when it comes time to replace our system. His expertise and advice were invaluable, and we truly appreciated his genuine care for our comfort and satisfaction. Bart came and did my annual HVAC maintenance. He did a fantastic job and was very professional. He explained clearly what he did as part of the service and also provided guidance on what to expect in the future considering the age of my HVAC. Overall great customer service!

Update: 04/05/23 - Trey was our Technician today; very courteous, friendly and professional! We discussed my concerns, and reviewed what he’ll be doing this visit. He performed a comprehensive systems check on the system and adjusted the placement of the Air Scrubber that kicked off due the activation of the safety switch. The Compressor, Condenser and Air Handler were thoroughly inspected. Also performed duct-fogging sanitization. Over all, he did an “OUTSTANDING JOB!!!” Thank you Trey! Update: 09/22/22 - with the maintenance plan in place; we scheduled the maintenance to be performed. Shane B w/SouthCoast Heat & Air did an outstanding job, very much the professional and thorough review of our new HVAC system. Went over the new air handler, compressor condenser and Fresh Air make-up. Great job! Follow up to our final part of install. Maintenance contract in place and sensors installed. Great job Alex! Joe thank Frank for the follow-up on the Electric work! Much appreciated! The story…we purchased our home and 1-month later, existing 5-year old HVAC system completely fails; no cooling w/90-degree temps and rising. Compressor condenser and air handler are rotted and shot. AND after a week, First American Home Warranty completely “FAILS” and denied our claim to repair. The Fix…we look up SouthCoast Heat & Air; already a 5-Star company and called. As indicated, immediate response! Joseph S. met us at our home and completely surveyed the existing system. We go over the options and decide to purchase a complete energy efficient, state of the art HVAC i.e., the full package, Compressor/Condenser, Air-handler, Air Purification variable speed etc.. End result…after ordering our system it took only 1-week to receive and a completed full install. SouthCoast Heat & Air is a “Top Notch” company and assuredly deserves our assessment of a 5-Star Rating! Full representation of what they do!
