Steven has been servicing my HVAC systems for several years. He’s always straight up with me, explains issues, is very knowledgeable, and I know he’s doing right by me. I’ve referred him to several people who have also been happy. It’s tough to find HVAC guys that care as much about their work and reputation as Steven.
Very professional, good communication, showed up on time and provided me with good service. I will be using him for all my future A/C & Heating needs.
Steven is a great hvac tech, best in area was out within a day to diagnose issues with my downstairs unit and replaced a starter. He gave me a adept invoice on what was checked during inspection, advice on what to watch for in maintaining unit, until next PM cycle. Definitely my go to on all hvac related issues and work.

I had to have an entire new AC/Heater system installed in my home. Steven went through the different options we had and answered any questions we had. His extensive knowledge helped us decide on the best system for our home and our budget. MAK's customer service was outstanding through the entire process. The install team was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure to leave my home and my attic in a better condition than when they got there. We love our new AC, our house cools quickly, stays cool, and our electricity bill was cut in half due to the new energy efficient system. I will only use MAK Comfort and will recommend them to anyone I know with AC issues.

I moved into a new home and reached out to Steven with questions regarding the ac unit. He responded quickly and immediately scheduled a time to come out. He was able to answer all our concerns as new homeowners and put our mind at ease. You could tell he’s passionate for his work and that is something we appreciated. Steven, with MAK Comfort, has been servicing our two a/c units since we moved into our home nearly 9 years ago. Our home is quite old and so were the units. Steven and his crew needed to replace one of our units as it was very old and no longer working properly. They were extremely professional and worked very quickly to replace the entire unit, inside and outside of our home. When it comes time to replace our second AC unit, MAK comfort will be the ones we call for the job. Until then, they will continue servicing our existing units, as needed.
We have used Stevens HVAC services many times. He is always professional and is clear on what services we need and why. I’ve recommended him to my friends and they had said the same. Prior to Steven we had another HVAC company come to our home and they were trying to sell us services and parts we did not need. Once we found Steven we will never use another HVAC company.

I had Steven with MAK Comfort check out my AC system after being recommended by a buddy. He was able to get right out and diagnose the problem, order the part and had it installed the next day.
