Needed my water heater replaced. Called Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing since they're my go-to for my AC. Jose came out, replaced it same day, and did a fantastic job!

I highly recommend the team at Bay Area AC and Plumbing. We moved into our home last September and had AC issues from the start. The AC unit was close to 15 years old and needed replacement soon. Jeremy and Jose have both come out on separate occasions and pumped extra life into the unit, long enough to get us through most of the hot summer. They were both very professional and personable. They gave me solid advice on how to keep the unit going until time for replacement. We were so impressed with their service that we called them to repair a leak we had in the front yard. Jose, who apparently can handle any task big or small, came out and fix us up. When it was time to replace the AC, it was a no brainer, we called our friends at Bay Area AC. Guess who showed up, Jose! We received a very reasonable quote and jumped on it. Jose and his team arrived exactly when they said they would and even finished an hour before they projected it would take. Jose walked me through all the work that was done and showed me some maintenance tips on keeping the new unit running efficiently. Long story short, if you need AC or plumbing work done you only need to make one call; Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing!
I came home and my the temp in my house was 84 degrees. My regular repair guys didn't answer, so I Googled repair places. I called around 3pm and was informed that someone would be here between 3pm and 5pm. Jose (my apologies if I got your name wrong), the technician, called and said he would arrive in 30 mins. He arrived around 3:30pm, and was done and walking out the door around 4pm. I spent less than $300, and we are breathing a sigh of relief! I will be calling them again if needed in the future.
Called Cody in the morning around 9. Had someone at my house to evaluate what all needed to be done within a couple of hours. They called to let me know when they were on the way. Showed up on time. Gave a quote and had my new hot water heater installed same day. Definitely will use if I have any other issues in the future.
Great service. Will continue to use this company. Recently was having trouble with my unit. It was recently installed but had sprung a tiny leak at some point in the following year. Completely covered warranty wise, and the quality and timeliness of appointment was a+.
It's been 4 years since Cody and his employees replaced our 3.5 ton A/C unit and heater. Clean work, fast, truthful, and not looking to take advantage of folks. Cody truely is the perfect example of great work ethic, and a damn good human too.

This company came out repair my ac after 6: o clock Jose was awesome and very informative about the problem. I give this guy 5 stars. Comfortable having them inside my house and very nice. I will continue using these guys.
This company has been amazing! We moved into our house almost 7 years ago and had issues with the ac. They have come out all hours even on weekends and holidays to fix our system. About 6 months ago we had to replace the entire system and they are hands down the best around and most professional! All the employees are always friendly and professional. I recommend them for all of your heating or cooling needs along with plumbing!!

The entire team does a great job, whether they installed your equipment originally or not. And in an emergency, they come up with solutions.
They came out same day of call which was awesome since it's July. We had a HOT night the night before but they came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and got the AC going again. Super nice and prices seemed fair. Would recommend.

Cody was really great. He was on time and got all busted pipes fix & installed a new shower faucet in less than 10 hours.

They came out and took care of our problems quickly. They were very friendly and professional and worked hard to make sure everything was working before they left. They really went above and beyond and care about their customers. We are looking forward to having more work done with them in the near future.
