Always friendly and professional does a great job
I called after business hours, did not leave a message. The owner called me back within 30 minutes and an hour later I believe it was Sam that came out at 9pm on a Friday night. Polite, kind, informative, explained. Got us working for the time being. Recommended evaporator coils as that was what was failing but explained the future of such an old system. The diligence and professionalism, greatly appreciated. Can't wait to have an entire new system installed. Top notch, amazing customer service. Thank you guys so much.
I needed to have someone come out to check ac system as water was dripping from ceiling. Samuel came out and checked system and blew out stopped up waste water line. That same day my squirrel cage blower in the attic went out. I called right at quitting time but he came right out. The next day replaced the blower. Quality job, reasonable price.
Sammy gave me a fair estimate and replaced my duct work that was falling apart and didn’t have enough insulation I expect that the summer heat will not be as expensive this year

We been in our house for 8 years and have had to have EJ and Sons come out about six times due to evaporator coil issues (not originally installed by them). They are always polite and timely. They always come out the next day and sometimes the same day if I call them early enough. They have also gone the extra mile and called the manufacturer and been able to negotiate reduced price or free replacement parts even though no longer under warranty. We are going to build again in about 3 years and I will insist to general contractor that EJ and Sons do my HVAC system. James B

My husband and I are incredibly grateful for the fine work that E J & Sons did for us. After another HVAC company botched a fix and we suffered an entire winter without a heater they came in and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes and were incredibly professional. They have earned a customer for life!

I was trying to locate an icemaker for my LG fridge and was getting nowhere with the correct one. I sent pictures to LG and other appliance part companies and still no luck in getting the correct icemaker. I was at my witts end. Finally I got smart and called EJ & Sons, Greg put me with his assistant Kaila. She went above and beyond for me. She managed to find the correct part . She was very polite and kept me updated until she was able to get what I needed. I am thankful and very please with the service from Kaila. Again Thank you Kaila for all your hard work.

Horrible service
They were suppose to come out to look at my mothers A/C last week and they never showed up.
Do not use they tell you one price and than charge three times the price charge me 600 dollars for 2 hours of labor and a warranty fee for something that was free will not recommend to anyone! The boss man who they wouldn’t even give a name was so rude on the phone not a way to run a business not to mention we where without air for 8 Days waiting for them to order part!

The guys did a great job and were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Now that being said, I was aware of the $85 service fee but I did Not know they up charged their parts 3 times what they paid for them. They charged me $72 for a $20.48 part! I understand it's a business and everyone has to make money but damn talk about price gouging!! Ridiculous!!
Had a capacitor fail on one of my A/C units the night before. Called them the next morning and had someone out within two hours. They replaced the part and serviced my other units. Saved me time and the cost was more than reasonable for the services provided. Thanks.
