Our A/C units were not running well. Juan was able to come out the morning after I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem, added refrigerant, explained what to watch for going forward and was on his way in about 1 hour. The price was very reasonable and I definitely recommend him.

Juan was great. Was able to get an appointment for the next day when I called, he arrived at the beginning of his projected time & serviced the unit quickly & had very fair pricing (especially for a next day appointment.)
Juan was great he was the first one that picked up my call after several different companies trying to get someone to come out My AC just stopped working no power to the thermostat he picked up the phone and was over within the hour fixed it did a great job and did not overcharge very polite and on time an honest young man!
No air was coming out of the registers. Tech came out the same day and diagnosed problem as a failed air handler motor. He installed a new motor and the system works perfectly. The repair cost was very fair. Impressed with the turnaround time.
This is a Professionally run business in every way. Simply did what they said when they said 2023. Also, used them last year on a rental home. 8 companies came out to repair a unit through a Warrenty company. The warranty company didn't like the answer of a new 8k unit replacement so they kept sending people out. Over 2 months in the Texas summer. I called Silverstar air on my own. They came out and noticed the unit had a 2nd filter, no air going through it at all. Overheating the unit. Replaced it, done. The other 8 were straight up incompetent or crooks. Jaun is a practical, thinking, problem solver. Competitively priced.

Juan is quick to respond to requests and does quality work! Our AC unit started making weird noises and he knew immediately what it needed. He was punctual and helped us understand what went wrong. Can't recommend his service enough! So glad to have his services, especially with the Texas heat.
Juan, did exactly what he said he would do! I asked him to check on our rental property that was without air. He showed up on time, text to let me know he was headed out and called when he got there to let me know what was wrong and what it would cost. He followed up after the job was done to confirm everything was done. Great service! Fair pricing!

`i can not say enough about Juan and this company, Juan showed up early for the appointment, he was very prepared for the entire job. Told me what time he would show up and when he would be done and he was so prepared he was done before he said he would be, he was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable! And did not leave one scrap of trash behind, other than the beautiful new unit you couldn’t even tell he was here, and its blowing so wonderfully cold, he even stayed around after he was done to ensure it was working good, sent me photos of before and after plus gave me a number to call if Anything is needed !!! I would definitely recommend Juan to do any AC work !! I am so glad my good friend Kathy Clark recommended him and this company !! Toni Applin
Juan just replaced my old a/c unit with a new one. He did everything he promised, and more. He deserves your consideration for small to large jobs. You won't be disappointed..
Juan did an excellent job replacing my units. He’s professional and did what he quoted us to do. I’d recommend him to anyone needing an HVAC person. We hope we don’t need him for a while, but will call him, if anything arises.

Was having issues with heating the second floor of a two story (during a hot summer) building. Can't say enough positive things about this company. Heard about him from a builder and neighbor. We called a lot of places in the Dallas area and would recommend you focus on a business where the person is straightforward and honest. Hopefully you can find such a place even if its not with this company. Good luck.
Juan, who is the owner came out next day service and did an excellent job of troubleshooting the issue we had with our unit . Exceptional customer service and very high quality work. He answered every question easily and proposed a great solution. Cleaned up everything. Highest Customer Service , troubleshooting and problem solving ranking that I can give him. Best all the way around. 10 stars if I could.
