As a contractor, we provided mowing services for this location from November 2022 - April 2023. Unfortunately, after Francesca left at some point, it seems no one actually works here. Thus, the final mowing services we provided have been left unpaid for over 30 days at this point. All calls are routed to a national headquarters and they will not transfer your call to the local branch, nor will they provide any names of who may be the point of contact. I have emailed the invoices multiple times as well as submitted a contact form detailing the issue, with no response to any means of communication. As a business owner, I have never experienced this amount of deflection to pay a $325 bill. Future contractors, beware.

Service technician showed up promptly. Discovered A/C system was low on Freon and had 4 small leaks in condenser coils. A sales person from the company showed up and immediately tried to sell a $15k-$30K system. After a decision was made not to purchase an entire system we were charged over $1200 for the 1-1/2 hour service call that included 5 pounds of Freon charge. The next day we had another company analysis system and found no such leaks. He charged us $60.00 Dallas Plumbing are artists in cheating and dishonesty.

So far, I have experienced the HVAC duct cleaning, sealing and sanitizing provided by Mike and Diego. They were very professional and courteous and kept me informed the enire time. I was provided with a computer read out at the end of the process that showed the difference in the system efficiency. They were excellent and I'm looking forward to my new system installation beginning this morning.

The gentleman who came to give the estimate was not happy when I told him that we wouldn't be able to do the estimate because it was way to expensive. He told me he had to drive an hour to get here. I told him I was sorry but if the lady would have gave me a rough estimate over the phone he wouldn't have had to come over. He also smelled really bad of cigarette smoke and we are both allergic to smoke

HORRIBLE! Do you enjoy wasting your time trying to schedule an appointment? Do you like it when your technicians shows up 2 hours late on multiple occasions? THEN Air Pros is for you! Not only do they succeed in wasting your time for scheduling or repairing your unit, they will also do a terrible job while doing it! Since Air Pros has been bought out at least twice now, you can ensure this company will be around for years to come! Who knows, maybe they will disappear along with the warranty you thought you had! For terrible service, unprofessionalism, and an outrageous bill, you should definitely choose Air Pros, so they can let you down AGAIN.

AirPros was quick to install HVAC units inside and outside. They did forget to install the $2500 Deluxe UV Light, but they came back out to verify and install. Called AirPros and made appointments for bi-yearly preventive maintenance, confirmations were emailed with date and time. Although they never showed, called close to and after the scheduled times but the technician didn't respond, dispatcher said she would radio them but still no show. It's terrible to pay for a service and not receive the promised services.

Air Pros was quick to respond to the initial call for help. The repair was made as soon as the part on order arrived. The timing of his wrapping up business and a scheduled video call clashed. After spending hours in the heat, the tech was a great sport when he joined my family by video as we sang happy birthday to my grandmother for her 104th birthday! He understood the value of relationship. Knowledgeable, dependable and personable. This customer is SATISFIED!

The Saginaw Air Pros location installed my 92 year old father’s hvac system and all ducts about two years ago for $19k. They grossly overcharged him and the system was never installed properly causing major air leaks and mold. The tech literally put non-commercial duct tape over the leaks when we called to have them fix the system and shoved a piece of pvc under the safety shut off valve because the system was shutting off due to over condensation. Now they refuse to call us back despite numerous attempts at contact. Photo included was the brand new system they installed and the patch works all completed by airpros. Chris Fry, a supervisor who was recently moved to the Saginaw location said the system should never have been installed like this and should be replaced before the company stopped returning our calls.I spoke with the call center again today and was told for the second time they would be escalating the issue. I will update this review if I receive a call back.

I have used this company exclusively since they originally installed our new AC system in the home, approx 5 years. Reason for the low stars is that my original rate for the system inspection and tune up was a set amount via text. When the tech finished the work, he had tried charging 10 times the amount.

The worst customer service I have ever seen and told us one thing and put something different in the contract. The workmanship was very subpar. Sold us a air purifier then didn't install it. System lasted 11 days then stopped working and no one would come out to fix it after we were told that the tech was on the way

Once you can get someone on the phone they are great. Technician was great, but ever since they joined a National group, the support sucks. Two of their phone numbers start to connect then auto disconnect. I was on a hold for 30 minutes one time before I was disconnected. Made appointment through chat feature and when I did end up talking with someone on the phone it had scheduled me for a different time than the chat person said I was scheduled for. I even got text messages and emails confirming the appointment, and they still didn’t have it correct in their system. Again the human beings are great to work with, but it is so hard to get to a human being with their new system.

Blue star and heating installed our unit 4 years ago and Airpros brought the company. Our HVAC system is not working. We called on Sunday to get service for our unit. After numerous calls asking when a tech service would show up. They finally came out to our house on Tuesday claiming we need another new unit. The company screened our calls, hung up on me multiple times. This company is a nightmare to work with. Tech no shows/call to work on our unit. Manger contacted and did not help at all. After almost two weeks with dealing with air pros our system is still not working. Unprofessional company and would not recommend. 0 stars ⭐️!

My latest Air Pros experience began as a weeklong nightmare, but ended on a very positive note thanks to the attitude and expertise of Chris Fry. Broken promises, poor communications and a failure to achieve the mission of restoring my A/C were my week long experience prior to the arrival of Chris to the Ft. Worth location. Had it not been for the professionalism and concern that Chris brought to our home regarding our A/C issues, I would have fired Air Pros and gone with another company. Chris replaced "I'm trying" with "I will" and did whatever it took to get to my home and fix my system. If every technician and every manager at the Fort Worth Air Pros simply emulates the can do attitude and example Chris portrayed, then they will have a very successful business. I originally signed on as a customer with Blue Star Heating and Air almost 4 years ago due to the extremely high level of concern and care they showed toward our family on their first visit. They cared more than any other company and they proved it! The technician showed up at 9pm and fixed my system when he should have been at home with his family. I was so impressed that I immediately became a loyal customer and eventually became an Air Pros member when he advanced to becoming an Air Pros manager. Since then, I contracted with Air Pros technicians on a couple of visits to make improvements to my A/C system and spent a few thousand dollars. Unfortunately, in the last year the initial level of care I experienced diminished and eventually evaporated completely with this latest experience until Chris arrived at this location and to my home. I hope Chris will change and restore the attitude and aptitude that existed previously. Because of Chris and his actions, and "only because of Chris and his actions" I am choosing to remain with Air Pros. That is a reflection of how much confidence and trust one man can bring to an organization. I will be watching to see if the organizational changes he pro

Do not use this company in DFW. Only states might be better, but Fort Worth location is not. We have had nothing but trouble with this company for years. We were in a contract with a reputable A/C company which they replaced all our units, and signed us into a warranty contract. Unfortunately that company sold to Air Pro after a year of installation, and ever since it has been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with Air Pros of Fort Worth. No shows, service technicians don't have the right service tickets, technicians show up without parts to fulfill service appointments, technicians not knowledgable on products they are servicing, no one follows up from the office.....etc. etc. etc. If you do use them for a service DO NOT get sucked into a contract with them! You will be held hostage by it. You may or may not get requested services/maintenance provided.

Worst experience ever. Purchased duct cleaning when i had my unit replaced back in October. Scheduled the duct cleaning service and technicians have yet to arrive. Three no shows! Called the office to speak with management and they have forwarded all my calls. Not the type of service i would expect from such a large company.
