I had one company come out and say my entire unit was broken and I needed $10,000 to buy a new unit. Just to be safe I called Service Champs to get a second opinion. They found a burnt out Wyler and fixed my unit for under $50. What a lifesaver! Thank you morgan for your detail- oriented exam and trying to do what’s best for your client not best for your bottom line. Thankful for their quick responsiveness.
gave one star because I had to and because yes they were quick to collect the $89 ..the technician Kevin said it was a control panel that was on back order although i have to say heather didn't have time two weeks without air. Finally got frustrated and called someone else they came out come to find out it was just a blown fuse and showed my husband where it said a "blown fuse". was fixed and done with the other company in less than 40 minutes.
I called Service Champs for a n AC tune up promotion they had for $69 and I was completely “wowed”. They took the time to answer my questions and they were so professional and nice. I will be calling them for all of my AC needs.
Eric and his team at Service Champs provided excellent service! They were timely and very knowledgeable. I will most definitely be using them again!

Quick service but thorough, very informative and knowledgeable AC tech, Daniel Penn. He gave me recommendations and options so we can make a sound decision. I would request his assignment and Blue Star Heating and Air services again.
Daniel Came Out From Blue Star And Was Professional And Very Helpful . Did Everything He Could To Restore My Current System But Unfortunately Its A Hand Me Down From The Flintstones Lol . But He Made Sure I Was Put In Touch With The Right People And Now Im Hopefully Getting A Brand New System Installed

Great customer service and very fast. Called at 8:00am and was fixed by 11:00am. Everything was fixed properly. Only concern is it was a little pricey ($450 for a capacitor, just for the part-seemed really high), but was just glad to get it fixed quickly.
Daniel was able to come out on a Sunday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed and got our system up and running. He was knowledgeable and very personable, he offered us the best value on parts and services to best suit our needs.
I was so impressed with Blue Star. I called at 5:00 pm after discovering my AC was blowing hot air. I called and left a message. I was thinking this being the hottest day yet I may not hear back for awhile because they would be so busy. I was happy to be wrong because they were back to me in 5 minutes. I told Kim of my issue and she contacted a technician and made my appointment for 8:00 pm. I couldn’t believe I could get someone so fast. Carl came out right on time. He was terrific. He was so professional and really well trained in his work. Carl was quick and really knew what to do. I really couldn’t be happier with Blue Star. I will call them from now on.
