Nick did great. Not only doing diagnostics, etc as well as replacing capacitor, he was teaching and providing helpful tips as he did it. Great job, very courteous and professional. Real down-to-earth guy.
The owner is responsive and does superb work. I was able to schedule a replacement furnace replacement within a couple of days of reaching out. He even cut the floorboard to accommodate the slightly longer base of the new unit. The compressor is so quiet when it's on that it's often hard to tell that it's not just the fan running. I'm extremely pleased with the results, and highly recommend contacting Linus Heating and Air Conditioning for their expertise and services!!!!..
Linus Heating and Air Conditioning installed our brand new central AC unit, furnace, and thermostat yesterday. They did a fabulous job, thoroughly tested and demonstrated the new systems for us, and left the site cleaner than they found it. Above all else, they were very professional and courteous. Very satisfied with the service of Linus Heating and Air Conditioning. My furnace broke and they send the Technician right away. After his diagnostic, the Technician explained and shortly after, the manager took the time to call me and further explain and answer all my questions. Very professional people with a customer oriented culture and the price was very competitive. I would certainly recommend this company and service.
The manager was super flexible with scheduling and his crew did a fantastic job with this somewhat complicated install completing it in one day. The entire crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took time to walk me through the details of the install and trained me on how to use and maintain the system. The technician is extremely professional, punctual, and helpful. My Air conditioning blew out in the middle of the smoldering heat in July and Chris came immediately to save our family. I called and Guy was there the next day and not only did he fix my problem, he diagnosed my complete system. They really know what they are doing over there and explain everything! So if you want a company that knows what they are doing, are fair priced, and are able to get to you fast. Call them now if you have any AC or Heating issues!
The surveyor by the name Howard visited us immediately after we called them. He explained to us in great detail about the product. He took photos and did the relevant readings for dampness. We weren't in anyway pressured into making a decision. We took on board all of the information and decided to go ahead. The team arrived this morning two days later and within one and a half hours the work was done. The team were polite, friendly and very efficient. They did a great job. They even vacuumed after. We are enjoying staying at home now thanks to Linus heating and air conditioning.
I called early this morning because my a/c had been out all night. To my surprise, I was able to get someone to answer the phone shortly after 7am and was given an appointment window of between 8-11am. They said the tech would call 30min prior to arrival. Just shortly after 10:30, since I had not received a call I followed up with the office and they said someone would call me right back. I went back and forth every hour calling because no one was calling me. As I type, I have had one call back from a field person and 2 text. It is 4:42pm and no one has shown...I called back another company that I had called earlier and they will be here by 5:30pm and are in route...I will never use this Linus company again. I understand life happens and schedules change but telling someone you will call them back and working on it and not communicating is a terrible way to run a business. I called them because they had a 5 star rating with 15 reviews, this 16th review is just to save future potential customers from going through the grief I have gone through today.
I had a problem with my ac system and i called Linus Heating and Air Conditioning to help me. The technician walked me through how to clean a sensor and other possible fixes. He was knowledgeable about my make and model of heater from off the top of his head including where the sensor is, how to get to it etc etc. It was fixed on time and now work efficiently.
Great service. Appointment was on time. Answered all my questions. Very polite and efficient. Made messes but cleaned up everything swept vacuumed and picked up all debris. Will recommend Linus Heating and Air Conditioning to friends and family.
Robin arrived with his assistant on time at my residence to correct the AC installation preformed by my former service provider. My AC system now runs quietly and efficiently.
