Thomas Kennedy was very helpful and was very nice. He fixed up our ac and got our house cool quickly.
Allen Air Conditioning came the same day we called. The technician was polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs.
Called left message. Was immediately called back. Had heating issues, cold day, Thomas was at my house in 15 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and corrected. Professional quick service to say the least.
I noticed my A/C stopped working and made the mistake of contacting another repair company. After receiving their quote and notification that it would be 3 - 5 days before they could repair the unit, I contacted Allen Air Conditioning. The owner of the company answered promptly and, even though it was late in the day, made arrangements for a tech to come and take a look. The technicians were quick, honest, and on time. The quote I received from Allen's was less than half of the "other company" and the repair was made early the next day. We are so happy with the service we received and will not be calling anyone else in the future.

Allen Air Conditioning is the best company for your AC/Heating issues. Rick, the company owner, returned my phone call within a few minutes. His crew arrived within an hour and fixed my problem. Service was the best! I highly recommend Allen Air, 5 stars across the board !! Awesome
Rick installed our HVAC system 6 years ago, including a 10 year parts warranty. We recently had a problem with the outside AC unit, and after calling him a tech was available to us the next morning, even though it was a holiday. Parts were not available until following day and then the repair turned out to be more complicated than expected. The technician stayed late and finished the job so we could have air conditioning that night! This was all done at an exceptionally fair price, we greatly appreciate the excellent customer service!
Left message but no return call
I have called twice over the past month to schedule service and have yet to receive a return phone call. My neighbor highly recommended this company and said most of our neighbors use them. I am new to the area and simply wanted to get preventative maintenance done to my AC before summer. The phone number on the website and given to me by my neighbor goes straight to Rick's cell phone. I am not sure why they won't return my call but good thing it's not an emergency!!!

I called Allen AC to check out my heater a day before a major front was going to hit. Thomas was at my house 30 minutes later and was able to find the issue and fix it. Super happy with their quick response and good workmanship. Will definitely be calling them 1st for any future AC/ Heating work.
We had a problem with our heat not coming on. Rick quickly diagnosed that it wasn’t the heater, but a setting on the thermostat that had been accidentally changed by us. He fixed it and did not charge us. We had used the previously when our ac was out due to a rusted out part on the compressor. They were quick and very reasonable. I highly recommend!
David was right on time and addressed all of our concerns. They’re friendly and very efficient, taking care of all our HV/AC needs. Rockport is lucky to have a service company like Allen HV/AC.
Have been doing business with Rick at Allen Air Conditioning for a few years now. They have serviced, repaired, and installed new systems at our properties. They have always been courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Will continue to work with Allen Air Conditioning and hope you do too.
When Allens Air-conditioning says, " can rest assured that your family will be well taken care of in all areas of your service. " THEY DID. Started off Carlos who provided excellent advice on which A/C Units were suitable for us. He was very knowledgeable and was at our house within minutes after contacting the company. Then there was Thomas and David who were the experience installation team who did an excellent job in installing. Fantastic service all around. Followed by Victor and John who were also super friendly. The team made sure everything was clean, and left no mess at all. I have found them reliable, friendly, and efficient. It takes a good team to make a business great and i totally recommend them to anyone who is having problems with their AC no matter how big or small it will be taken care of. Thank you Rick for the quick actions and excellent service by you and your team.
We own a home in Rockport and visited yesterday. On arrival we found our AC unit leaking because it was clogged. We called Allen Air Conditioning and they came over within an hour. Rick, the service tech, was very professional and did the repair very quickly. He was thorough and checked the freon levels just to make sure. Overall I was EXTREMELY happy with the service, the time frame and the professionalism. To top it off the repair cost much less than I anticipated. I would HIGHLY recommend Allen Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs.
Rick James and his team did a great job installing a new HVAC system and replacing some of our duct work. They were courteous and professional. We were away during the installation of the new system and Rick sent us photos and status reports through out the day. They sell one of the best systems in the market at a great price.
Had a great experience with them, same day fix on our AC system which had failed.Very nice and knowledgable technicians. Highly recommend.
I've been using Allen Air Conditioning for several years, after they were recommended by a couple of folks I trust. They go over your options and there is no hard sell. They respond promptly when you leave a message. They are there when they say they'll be there. Great company.
I was using a competitor, I will Never make this mistake again. Shawn from Allen came out he was Extremely concerned about my being comfortable in my home. He went above above and beyond just doing service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an air conditioning company. They do both residential and commercial and the value of their services and professionalism is extreme . Thank you so much for your help Shawn
