Gilbert is very knowledgeable and this week has been out 2 times- both on time! He needs to order a part and I expect to see him over the weekend (with no extra charge). He explains in detail and takes pictures so we are aware of every possible issue so we can make the best informed decision for our AC system. Took time to explain problem and rectified the issue. The technician also explained to the apprentice on what’s happening, after a long day at work he still took the time to show he cared.

Great troubleshooting! We had intermittent issues with our AC that a previous company didn’t fix. Jim fixed it for good and taught us about our AC unit too. Appreciate it especially since it was the weekend.

Jim and Noel were so awesome and so informative. It was an after hours call and they took their time getting the system up and running and explaining everything that we had already paid Shellbys and Ken Air to do but never did . So glad we to finally meet honest people in the A/C business.

Edited to add that our installation was smooth. Saul, Rigo, Angel, and Larry were professional and hard working. We are very satisfied with their work. Larry came back a few days after the installation and adjusted the up stairs unit. He was punctual, professional, and patient with my questions.
Noel, Jim and Gilbert did a great job and keep us informed all the way through the process. We had a problem after they left and they were back in 30 minutes to fix the problem.

Awesome technician! Tech resolved the problem of not being able to get the heater to turn on. He programmed the thermostat so, now will have heat on those cold mornings. He’ a 5!!!
