Leo is awesome. We had a typical weekend emergency issue leading up to holiday with company. Leo arrived 20 mins after the call and diagnosed a communication issue from a bad wire. Got us up and cooled off in less than an hour!!!!
Titan was great! We have an Airbnb property- guests arrived and AC wasn't working. Titan was on site in an hour- diagnosed and replaced system in no time. I thought we were going to have to refund guests due to no A/C but Titan saved the day!
Leo and his team were very professional and responded to my concern quickly. They were at my home accessing my problem in 1 hour and replaced my entire AC unit the following day. Leo did such a good job that I set up a maintenance plan. Their prices were the best in the Rockport area. I highly recommend them!
My air conditioning went out and it was HOT! We called Leo and he was able to come the same day. He was here when he said he would be. He was professional, polite and answered all my questions. I will DEFINITELY used TITAN again for all my heating & air conditioning needs!

Technician responded in less than 30 minutes! Diagnosed the issue & unfortunately we needed a whole new condenser unit outside. Mr. Delgado not only got us a nice 16 seer Ruud unit, he delivered and installed it that same day! Definitely exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend! A+++

We are so thankful that Leo the owner was available to come out late in the evening on a holiday and charge our a/c up with freon and get us cool again. We will only be using his service for all future needs with our a/c and heating issues.

He was a bit expensive, but he got my A.C. going though....that's what I was worried about, if it was going to cost me a lot. And it did.
Leo and his brothers installed our new heating and cooling system on time, in a professional manor and his pricing was very competitive. He also noticed that we had one room that was not cooling properly and found a solution that he included in his estimate. They were very responsive to my requests and their workmanship was exemplary. I highly recommend Titan Heating and Air. My A/C stopped cooling and Miguel from Titan came out and addressed the cooling issue that same day service call was made. Miguel was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual but most importantly he took the time to explain what was going on with our a/c issue. Gave me some very good advice on how to maintain it on a monthly. He did not try to up sale anything I did not need. Pricing was fair .Thank you so much Miguel .
