Running a Vacation Company A good AC company is always needed. I called Express Air 4 years ago, and use them sometimes daily today. They are great, fast, dependable, and professional. I highly recommend Express Air.

I contacted Express Air when my tired old AC unit began operating poorly and my energy bills had suddenly gone way up. I submitted a contact request through their website at 5:30 pm one evening and Miguel Estrada called me within 5 minutes after I submitted the request. He came out to my house the next day to review the existing system and made some recommendations for replacement systems, and then followed that up with a written detailed proposal a day later. On the agreed date of installation, Miguel and Cruz showed up at my house exactly at the time they said they would be there. They spent most of the day removing the old equipment and installing a new 4-ton American Standard AC unit and air handling unit. Upon startup of the new system, they spent an additional 45 minutes on site to be sure everything was operating correctly and demonstrated the system features and controls to me in detail. During the installation, they put down protective tarps to protect our tile flooring and at the end of the day, collected and removed all of the old equipment and trash, new equipment packaging and swept the floors in the house. I spent my entire 41 year career in the construction industry and this was probably the best residential AC system installation I have seen. Everything was installed neatly, correctly and in a very professional manner and the new American Standard equipment is performing very efficiently and has made our home much more comfortable. And all of this was done at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend Express Air for anyone looking for a quality AC installation.

Extremely professional, friendly, and prompt. My call dropped trying to contact the company and was called back immediately. Two professionals were at my location in under 15 minutes, and everything was fixed within an hour for a fair price and with warranty. They worked very hard and quicky. They did a great job on a repair last year and installed a new air condensor at a very good price this year.
Express air is top notch! Miguel is quick to respond, diagnose and provides the best service at the best value in the Rockport area. I’ve used them multiple times now on our rental properties and wouldn’t think of calling anyone else.
I first used Express Air before Hurricane Harvey when we had an issue on a holiday. They came that day & fixed our unit. After Harvey they came again & helped with rebuild of our AC system. We also had them add to our system when we added a third bedroom. I have found them to be exceptional in all categories. They are quick to respond, do high quality work, and are fair priced. I trust them. I have & continue to recommend them highly.

We got a quick and fair estimate, accepted the bid and were told the job would take about two to three days. Miguel showed up with a double crew and finished the job in one day. Very professional and courteous crews. Had both indoor and outdoor units replaced along with new plenum and ductwork
Express air responded same day to provide quote for new system. They were only company that actually checked our duct system and they advised the new system would not fit where old one was. We received a whole new system, include new duct work for same price as other quote without duct work. Work done one day and they were very careful and cleaned up super. Highly recommend.
Express Air was working in my neighborhood and I was impressed by the quality of work they were doing, van was organized well stocked and the paint job (ad). I called to get a quote which was comparable to other quotes. Miguel worked with my time constraints and started work in 2 days. Does great work and even submitted my warranty.
