I called Airboss in Rockport yesterday seeking an appointment for my AC. The manager said a technician would call me to set it up. I fully expected the call to come in the following day, but to my surprise, Jason Warren called me within the hour. On top of that, he said he was on his way to my condo. He diagnosed the problem quickly and began the repair. He is a young man but he is very knowledgeable. He fixed my problem staying past 5:00 pm. I can recommend him highly. Airboss staff know their stuff!
I’m a licensed AC contractor but called Airboss to work at my coast home AC unit because I’m out of town and family is there for weekend stay. Really fast service professional service they were onsite and fixed it within 2 hr.
Air Boss not only installed our unit but also came out for a service call. The owner and their tech, Charlie are both extremely professional. They immediately responded to my request, gave an approximate time of arrival, called to confirm they were in route and showed up exactly as promised. Charlie is super considerate, respectful and a knowledgeable tech! I’m not one to leave reviews but Air Boss definitely deserves a 5 star review. We’ll done Air Boss
Airboss came out and did a great job! The compressor was dead on my AC unit and they called to see if it was registered and it was so it was way lower than I originally thought it was going to be and they installed it and I had cool air that day I will use them in the future.

Can't get a call back of any kind (phone, text, or email) after trying repeated contact attempts for 10 days. Just a big black hole of nothingness after my quote was provided and I wanted the install. The owner will probably reply that they don't recognize me as a customer, but that's a lie. The corporate Trane customer service is less than helpful except to help find another Trane dealer. I'm moving on....
