My AC stopped working when temperature was above 100 degrees. my neighbor gave me their referral. I called them, the tech came to fix the AC on the same day, In the afternoon when it is extra hot and you don't want to step outside but they fixed my AC on Same day in a hot weather. they are knowledgeable, dependable and affordable. I highly recommend this company.

When my AC broke down and the condensing unit failed on an 85 degree hot day I called many local HVAC companies and quickly found out they didn’t care much about solving my problem but rather getting the job so they can do it on their own schedule. When I called Texas 1st Heating & Cooling, their # priority was to make sure my family and I were taken care of; that is what I call customer first attitude. They came on the same day, replaced my condenser and the thermostat. Very quick, affordable pricing compared to the quotes I got, and un-paralleled professionalism. These guys are supper helpful honest and knowledgeable about the ac They helped me fix my ac and they offered me monthly maintenance on my unit so i never have to worry about it again. They are the best
I called these guys on the first hot day of the year, when I knew they would be swamped, because my ac wasn't working AT 9pm on a weekday! Not only did they fix my issue but they went above and beyond by helping me immediately by getting a tech on the phone to walk me through the issue. Within 15 minutes we had the unit up and running and cooling my house. I am impressed by the quality of their customer service and great prices.Thanks!
After hail in my area, we needed to replace both of our HVAC units. I went with the Trane variable speed units and decided to include the Trane humidifier as well. I spent a bit of time looking for the right company and I found Texas 1st. Great people, great value and most of all amazing service. It took my plumber months to install the water for my humidifier and Texas 1st was there in days to complete the work months after my HVAC was completed. Let me be clear, it was MY delay, NOT Texas 1st that stalled the humidifier completion. Yet, in no time at all they were at my home and getting the job done! Great experience, great quality, great people and I enjoyed their company while they did the work. Nothing at all negative to say. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. The only company for me in the future is Texas 1st. Thank you Fuad and crew!

These guys were fantastic! My upstairs wasn’t cooling properly, they moved quickly and got me the part I needed replacing. I had the best experience with Texas 1st. My AC unit went out at my office. Texas 1st was not only the best bang for your buck, they were professional, punctual and all of their staff were very knowledgeable and good at what they do. This had to have been one of the best decisions that I have made. The ease or communication, the competitive pricing, and the absolute attention to detail work that has been done by the guys at Texas 1st has been nothing less than spectacular. I am grateful to come across such a reputable company that has been by far one of the best people to have to deal with when it comes to getting service done on what seems to be the hardest industry to find such trustworthy work. Don't waste your time calling and researching other companies that will not give you the personal attention that you will receive with Texas 1st. I had such a great experience dealing with them over the phone, I spoke with Adam and Yousef who made sure to accurately explain to me what I should expect when they send out a technician, they made sure to understand the problem that I was experiencing and were able to send out one of their team members. Rami made it to my appointment on time and was well prepared to deal with my situation. He was able to diagnose the problem in which I was facing and he was able to give me a quote right away and it could not have been easier to get my system serviced and back up and running.
