If you're reading this review then you're probably having AC issues or looking around for repair services to fix your problem while trying not to break the bank. Well you've found it, this is it. If you're lucky enough to get an appointment with Tim and he isn't already booked, then congratulations. Here are the reasons why I would use this service above ALL other ones in the DFW area for ALL future HVAC services. (usually people only reviews if they have a bad experience, the lack of reviews should be telling that this man is good at his job) 1. 10/10 Customer service. We called on Wednesday around 8 PM because our home was not cooling. I mentioned it may be low refrigerant and he offered to drive down that night and top it off so we could have cooling until he can come back Friday morning to diagnose the problem. He would of had to drive an hour and 20 minutes that night just to do that. 2. Transparency and pricing. I googled pricing like everyone else for repairs and was listed quotes ranging from 300-1500. Tim let me know immediately how much he pays for refrigerant, how much he will charge me for it, how much he charges per hour for labor and quotes for any other expenses (for my specific case, it was going to be 100-150). He offers high quality work for an AFFORDABLE and more than fair price. 3. Experience. My first contractor that came out 2 years ago simply filled my system with refrigerant and left without diagnosing the problem. I didn't know any better and I thought the problem was solved. Tim let me know he was supposed to find the leak, report it to the builder to have it fixed while I was under warranty. Tim proceeded to explain how to find the leak and led me to both leaks in no time. He only spent 1 hour total working on my system to find and fix everything while explaining each part. 4. Honest. Turns out I had 2 leaks in the coil in the attic which he found and showed me. He gave me a quote for his repair cost. He also explained that I should re
