Great AC installation
Will definitely use again!
Very excellent experience with cool experts there name is true they are expert in there craft. Very professional installers they came at 8am and done by noon for the whole AC system. They cleaned up after the job. I also did some shopping around cool experts had the best deal
I felt like it was not very informative. I had to ask a lot of questions to get my answers but sometimes the rep does not know how to answer. The manager has not contacted me yet since 4 days ago.
Cool Experts did an excellent job of removing my old, broken down system and installing a completely new system. I also had to have my Electrical panel updated and they handled everything with the sub contractor and everything went smoothly. They sub did a fantastic job, as well. They also installed a new thermostat, and all new duct work. Everything is working perfectly and my house is nice & cool. The techs were punctual, professional and polite and left my home exactly how they found it. Just Outstanding service, they really went above & beyond for me. I am beyond pleased & HIGHLY recommend Cool EXPERTS!!

Total pros. As a landlord, I have used many of the big HVAC contractors in DFW as well as local subs and handyman types. Cool Experts give you the best of both worlds. Great service with a personal touch and going the extra mile that you'd only expect from a small neighborhood shop and big enough to handle any job and provide fast response time and easy to deal with on the admin front. Honest, up front pricing that is better than what you'll find if you shop around (trust me I have many times) and there's no BS or salesmanship. Their product and service really does speak for itself and at a lower price point than some of the larger outfits. These guys are best.
