Sal was really great! Came over to inspect the HVAC and was extremely thorough. He was very professional and respectful. Lex Air has a great system and plenty of pictures of the unit are taken to assist with decision making. Also they don’t push for any unnecessary repairs, but did inform me of all possible options. All in all, great service
