Chad was so friendly and helpful. He answered my questions and helped me test the system after he fixed everything.
Our builder used L&S mechanical for HVAC. When ever I had trouble with the system during the warranty period -They were responsive and did great job in fixing it on time. Customer care is easy to reach and technician arrival time updates are good as well

Vijay was tasked with troubleshooting and repairing another company’s work- he fixed the light and fan issue, explained the issue and even took the time to write directions to sync the system if we have a power failure. Wow!
Cesar is Very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my stystem in a short period of time found the problem, took pictures and video of the problem to show me and order the parts needed, to fix the unit. I would highly recommend him.
He explained what he was going to do and told us what to do after he left.

Stephen was absolutely professional! He definitely works with his heart and you can tell he loves what he does-(a rare find these days!). He went above and beyond! He also took the time to provide good maintenance tips to ensure we are taking care of our HVAC system to avoid costly repairs. VERY wonderful experience!
