Dipson came as a referral from the neighborhood. Assessed my AC unit next day and provided options. Dipson and team were top notch and installed a new unit at a reasonable price. Will call Dipson for my AC and heating services!

A few weeks back, my air conditioner got damaged due to some wire burn issue. After many net surfing, I finally found the contact of Dipson Air Conditioning. Their team was so professional and reached my house within 10 mins. Just amazed by my efforts for resolving the wire issue. Marvelous services!!

Great response, great service, can't recommend Dipson enough! Its rare to find someone who gives you a sense of trust and honesty. I had a tune up check done by another company and the technician came out, looked at the unit for 5 minutes and than proceeded to try to sell me a new system, saying it was low on refrigerant and my ducts were leaking. Something felt off so I had a second opinion from Dipson, he came out and checked the outside unit, went into my attic and checked the ductwork. Told me the refrigerant levels were completely fine and all my ducts were already sealed up and there really wasn't anything wrong with my system. Its so refreshing to find someone thats honest and isn't trying to make a quick buck.

Very nice price among 10+ companies I surveyed. Very fast speed to come to my place to install the new A/C system. Very good attitude and thoughtfulness for the customers and professionalism. Also, Dipson checked every room with me after installation to ensure even air flow and proper temperature readings. And very good communication too, even among one of his busiest days in the summer! Highly recommended. Well-deserved 5 stars ratings from me.
Great experience with Dipson, we contacted Dipson when our A/C broke, I called him at 8:03am and he was here by 10am!!! and my A/C was fixed and we cool again!!! We were going to go to a hotel but he saved us that money by being professional, prompt, and experienced. He is extremely professional with honest and reliable services. Highly recommended!!!
After first calling one of the bigger well known AC companies in town and being quoted a ridiculously high price to replace an evaporator coil in one of our AC units, I called Dipson. They were responsive, came right away, and gave me a very competitive price in line with what I would expect to pay. They replaced it quickly and had us up and running in no time. They also assisted with registering the new evaporator coil through Trane to ensure I received the full 10-year warranty. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

In the peak summer with a very busy schedule Dipson accepted my request and performed an excellent service within one day notice. He knows his job well.
My AC fan stopped working earlier today. Since the AC was more than 10 years old, I assumed it was time to replace it. I started looking for repair companies and called friends for referrals. One of my friends highly referred Dipson. I called and he said he was in the area and would come over as soon as he’s done with a service call. He came as promised, checked my AC and told me it was still good. The fan motor just needed to be replaced. After installing the new motor, he cleaned the inner and outer coils thoroughly before putting the fan assembly back on. He also checked the freon level. Then, he tested and inspected the AC to make sure it was running ok. He (and his assistant) also cleaned up the area they worked on. Even though he had another service call, he was in no rush and even spent a few minutes to give me some advice and info about my AC. He also charged me a very reasonable price. These guys were courteous, informative, efficient, professional, practical, reasonably-priced and do not waste time. No rush job, no sales pitch. Dipson will be my HVAC guy from now on.

My Ac went out during the night, I sent a emails out to a couple different ac companies but Dipson responded quickly and was there the next morning, he quickly fixed the issue (capacitor) and got my system running. Prompt and professional! Great Job
