There is no better place to buy air conditioning equipment and supplies than Century HVAC in Richardson. Herb, Larry, and Victor are all stand out guys. They will always go the extra mile to help you out. On top of that they are very knowledgeable about the products they are selling and always have good advice. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Whether you’re close by or far away, it is worth the drive to visit this location.

Started working for a new company in Richardson and I have needed many part quotes from Century Air Supply. I will email my request to Larry and he responds back super quick. He also answers all my questions with a quick response. When dealing w/ CAS in the future Larry B will be my go to person.
Very good service and helpful I really appreciate Victor for wait for me when they we're about to close on Saturday he wait for me 15 minutes after they close so I can get my control board and motor this was a great detail of the store and the company I work for appreciate and we definitely going to make more business in the future👍👍👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff is very professional, quotes are instant, stock is correct, prices are fair, I just wish other supply houses would follow these guys example. I'm never here for to long, always in and out. Keep it up fellas, you guys make my job a heck of a lot easier.
EDIT: I'm changing my review to be positive after Renata Morgan contacted me to apologize and explain the situation. I happened to catch a guy on his way out (he quit that day) and he just really didn't care about service at that point. After my conversation with Renata, I'm confident it was the individual and not the company that caused the poor experience. Let's be honest, it's rather noteworthy for upper management to personally call you to apologize and I recognize this commitment to the customer. Thanks for turning this horrible experience into a pleasant one!
