Tech did job in a timely fashion. Professional and disclosed process the entire time. Cleaned up area when done and made sure repairs made worked. Both vents repaired are now fully functional.
Tommie was amazing took care of us from the beginning of the process of checking on the broken down AC to the end after his installers left. We felt very taken care of. The installers were fast and clean. I have little ones and it didn’t feel like I had workers in my home. Efficient, had booties on the whole time. And! The new AC unit looks amazing! finally our rooms are cooling perfectly! I would recommend this company to any one who wants a job done well, fast , professional and in a reasonable price! Thank you!

Tommy did a great job! He fixed our AC problem and repaired it very fast considering the part was on order. He was very professional and explained everything so I knew exactly what he was doing. I would recommend him if you need HVAC work.

Same day service, on a Sunday! I honestly didn’t even care that it was almost 9 pm by the time he was able to get here. After having no A/C for around 30 hours, when it’s over 100 degrees outside, Intense heat exhaustion set in. I’m not sure I would have been able to make it another night on an indoor tropical island. I don’t think the fur children could have, either. I can’t express how thankful I am to not have to suffer through another night! Pricing was great, service was great, everything was great! I will definitely be keeping this company on file for future issues!

My husband and I had the best experience with ASM,llc. Tommy and his team listened to all of our concerns and assured us that the maintenance we needed was necessary. And the price was great also! The team showed up on time and were very respectful while they were in our home, the job was started and completed in a very timely manner. Tommy did exactly what he said he would and educated us after the process was complete. If I could leave 0 stars for our experience I would! First and foremost they were suppose to show up on Aug 6th between 11-3 NOBODY SHOWED, husband calls them and they forgot about us and said they would be here at 8AM the following morning nobody showed! Then my husband messages because our calls aren’t answered and the guy says someone has been here already and that they would have our diagnostic Monday but nobody ever even came and we still had not paid the service fee. I have a baby who has health issues and they could care less! We called our home warranty company and had them flagged, and have a new company coming hopefully with better, more professional service
Had Tommy come over today to repair the AC, we had Xtreme Air Services come in beforehand. Whilst repairing our AC Unit Tommy had discovered that the repairmen from Xtreme had cut the wire to our transformer which of course, would’ve made them more money knowing we have a 6 month old suffering in these conditions. If you want an honest, genuine company, please choose Air Source Mechanical. I am disgusted and disappointed with the services I received from Xtreme and will now be reporting them to HVAC licensing. If it weren’t for Tommy coming out today, we would’ve never known. God bless him, and his company. What separates these people from most is the empathy and honesty that is demonstrated from the men here. Thank you Air Source Mechanical, we will be using you from here on out.
