My second story AC unit decided to stop working overnight. I was sure it was something major wrong. I reached out to Team Mechanical in the morning and they were here by noon to diagnose the problem. After checking the outside unit and ruling that out, they went to the indoor unit to find the drip tray full of water and it had triggered the emergency cutoff switch for the unit. A quick fix and they were on their way. They were professional, knowledgeable and made zero mess. From experience with other companies, Team Mechanical is now my "go to" and recommendation to others.

AC went out this morning 8/9 (reading 83 degrees) called TEAM MECHANICAL at 8:45 am explained my problem. I knew they have team members already scheduled today with appointments. To my surprise at 10:45 am, Rick from Team Mechanical was at my door-he went out to my unit checked it out and diagnosed the problem. He explained the problem and solution and was very courteous and explained solution. By 11:15 everything was running. I would very highly recommended TEAM MECHANICAL for new or repairs of existing unit-due to their professionalism, being courteous and taking the time to squeeze Rick to come by to check my unit on a hot day. Thanks alot and I know what a Great Company is-willing to take care of their customers at a moment notice.GREAT JOB-RICK.

I had Team Mechanical take care of some issues with my A/C units back at the beginning of the summer. They were quick, courteous, and thorough. They fixed the problems the first time and we haven't had an issue since. I highly recommend these guys.
My unit was 18 years old and after giving up on my worthless home warranty policy, I turned to Team Mechanical. Transparency is key for me and that's what they gave me. I heard horror stories from different people regarding their air conditioning units, hidden charges, and jobs half way done. When they came out to look at my unit, they were very descriptive and informative, showing me where the problems were. They actually gave me options which was nice to have when you might have to replace a unit. Price was fair and they were quick to schedule the job. The day they came to install my new unit, they told me they'd be there at 8:00 am to start. I was drinking my coffee and watching the garage for them when they pulled up (by my clock 8:01), right on time. One of the guys apologized immediately for being late (which wasn't a problem at all, I just thought the professionalism was exceptional). Anyway, the guys did a fantastic job, and did it all in one day. In an industry where its easy not to trust companies, I 100% trust the guys at Team Mechanical.

I had AC and Heating issues with my older unit for sometime. I had 3 different companies come out and didn't have a clue what to do with our thermostat, let alone fix our issue, usually made it worse. Tmech knew how to deal with our thermostat and deal with the issue quickly. We know it is time to get a new AC unit (ours is pushing 18 years) and we can't wait for Tmech to put in a new Lennox system that will save us significantly in our electric bills. I guess we were just waiting for the right company we could trust!
