Skyler was wonderful to work with! He was very informative of all the repair options and payment plan. He worked quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy with the service he provided and would love to have him back for our next service call.
We had Legacy replace our old AC system last year and every time they have come to do regular maintenance checks since then, they have always been on time and professional. Chris was very helpful in completing the maintenance recently and noticed a small leak that he fixed and explained our options to continue our quarterly maintenance and we were able to sign up very easily.
Took the time to explain all my options for repairs and did an outstanding job with my older cooling unit system when it came down to it. I was able to get the unit back up and running again in a couple of hours! Thanks again Legacy!
Technicians Justin C. and Roger T. perfomed a complete replacement of HVAC system at my personal house. Including furnace, coil, and condenser. Both where exceptionally proffesional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
We called Legacy on a Saturday before July 4th. They came out that afternoon and did the necessary repairs. We are very pleased and the tech, Kyle Parker did great job!!
Skyler came out to give us a quote on installing an air purifying system. He was quick yet thorough, kind, solution focused, and very knowledgeable. We will be moving forward with their services.

Skyler was the technician who came out from Legacy. He was super professional, quick to get started, thorough, and knowledgeable. We discussed A/C repair and replacement costs. He was thorough in explaining the differences in A/C units and their features. He also educated me on several different things on my A/C unit so I knew what to look for when needing to provide information to Legacy if I have to call again. Great tech who knows is stuff!
Able discussed all of the issues with my system and offered different options to choose. His work was excellent and professional. Octavio came out to install a motor later in the week and did a great job with true professionalism. His work was thorough and he explained everything he had to complete.
Update: Legacy Home Services sent a HVAC Technician and wanted to make ensure everything was running correctly. I am changing my rating to 5 🌟 because they are going out there way to ensure the HVAC is working correctly. There are some minor issues with the damper but it is being addressed. Thank you Legacy Home Services! First day (6-27-2023) of installation the new Trane HVAC didn't supply cool air down stairs. I called Legacy Home Services and was not able to get a HVAC technician troubleshoot the problem after installation. My wife bought three floor fans ($201.85) for the living room, bedroom, and common area for our dogs. The tempreture went from 88 degrees fahrenheit down to 80 degrees fahrenheit. I requested an emergency technician but none were available. The Legacy Home Services representative suggested I wait until tomorrow. Day 2: Legacy Home Services sent a HVAC Technician at approximately 630pm (6-28-2023). Its been 104 degree outside and 81 degrees inside on the first floor. The damper wires were installed improperly. The HVAC Tech switched the wires and said wait two hours to cool the house down. (exactly what the previous HVAC technician stated yesterday). We are going on our second day with 80+ degree tempretures down stairs. Very disappointed in the quality and service I thought I was purchasing with Legacy Home Services. I left a message (6-28-2023, 831pm) to request their most experienced technician to troubleshoot and fix the downstairs cooling problem. HVAC Tech is scheduled to troubleshoot tomorrow (6-29-2023) morning. Day 3: Woke up (6-29-2023) to a nice cool 71 degree downstairs. Felt great to finally have cool air in this Texas heat. I recommend Legacy Home Services when they install a new HVAC and Heater system to ensure it works properly before departing to the next jobsite. Scheduled for Friday, they called me and we’re able to come out a day early. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable. A little pricey, but I’ll always pay more for the best customer experience.

The team at Legacy was great to work with. From the scheduling call to our technician, Skyler working on our unit. We also had the pleasure of working with Chris Adams who replaced a coil and thermostat. Highly recommend their services.
Octavio Gonzalez came by and performed the service on our system. We have been having issues with the company who installed the system. They had come out multiple times and told us nothing was wrong but our house wouldn't go below 80 in the summer. Had Legacy come out and they informed us our lines needed to be flushed and new freon added due to the dirty lines. An issue the other company didn't even check. Happy to have a good diagnosis of our problem and how to fix it.
Kudos to Legacy A/C. Our unit went out on Monday evening and we had a technician here by Tuesday afternoon. The technician arrived introduced himself and told me step by step what he was going to do and what to look for. The condenser was bad and he had the part available...Thank goodness for the warranty and maintenance plan. Many thanks and good service by technician Octavio Gonzales.
First, Legacy was recommended by my sister. Legacy had done a complete new A/C unit install for my sister's home. She told me that her and her husband were very please with the work that was done, so she suggested to call them. With that said, I was very satisfied with the service that Legacy provided, especially with the tech Kyle. Kyle was very professional, polite, thorough, and very patient. I had many questions for him and he answered them all. He didn't get frustrated or annoyed with the many questions I had. Overall, I recommend Legacy for future A/C service.
Legacy is the best!! They’ve installed and maintained our HVAC FOR a couple years now. They are always on time, professional and most of all EXCELLENT work done. Chris came and fixed a leak and did an A+ job.
To set the stage, it was 108 on the dash when I got home to a pregnant wife and no a/c. I called the previous company we’ve used and got no response. Legacy Home Services was well-reviewed so I gave them a call. They were able to get a technician out in less than an hour! The technician, Abel, was awesome and quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and provided some tips to prevent future issues. Highly recommend and will continue to use Legacy Home Services.
