I reached out to multiple HVAC companies late one evening after my system stopped cooling and I troubleshot myself. All of their answering services took my call and could “get to it in a few days” but a manager with MFSC returned my call almost immediately and got me scheduled the next day. Albert replaced a capacitor and the compressor on my external unit. He worked directly with Trane to get the replacement compressor through warranty and once he had it picked up he stayed until 10 in the evening to ensure it was installed and working properly. Albert was hardworking and professional and the company was in regular contact providing updates on the replacement compressor and timeline of completion. I highly recommend you let these guys handle your HVAC needs.
We are very pleased with the replacement of our entire system. The Techs were on time, courteous, professional and friendly. I have a relative that installs HVAC and we went with Favorite Service instead because of the price, financing and Jacob, the owner, contacted us directly on a Sunday afternoon.
These guys are wonderful! They are well spoken, dressed, and polite. I was kept informed throughout the installation, they were very respectful of my home and any changes that needed to be made to the wall so my new unit would fit. I had an issue with the ac after install and they responded immediately, fixing a manufacturer defect. I’m a single mom and they didn’t make me uncomfortable which is a massive plus.
This guys are not Playing Very unselfish with their time They gained my confidence , repaired my AC with in Hours . Did not give up until they got it done. Noel and Gonzalo are great !
My Favorite Service Company has provided honest & reliable service. Their prices are always fair & competitive. They consistently on time and willing to go the extra mile to make our residents happy. Noel keeps us updated on all of the work being done and let’s us know how long each job should take. I recommend you call them when you need your HVAC serviced or repaired!!
I cannot say enough about this company. We have used them multiple times for multiple services they respond very quickly, are professional and courteous, and most of all honest. They offer multiple options when it comes to your HVAC needs, rather than immediately say you need a new system. Noel and Jake have been amazing! Kevin and Gonzalo have been wonderful! We are so pleased with this company. In a time where customer service is lacking for so many companies, My favorite Service Company is second to none. I can honestly say that they are My Favorite!

Noel from my favorite service company was great, Very professional and actually cared for Us like we were family. We’ve had 2 other companies out within the last week to try and fix our ac with no luck. Noel actually showed up early and spent over 6 hours troubleshooting and finding the solution. Even though it took way longer than expected they still stuck with there original price that was quoted to me. I would highly recommend my favorite service company Especially Noel. This company should be very proud to have a guy like him on the team. Thank you very much for fixing our ac!
If only every business used this business model, this world would not just be better it would be perfect. These guys were excellent in every way. First up they replaced the small hvac for the suite downstairs. The original just stopped working. No air no heat, it was probably 30 years old. Next up they replaced the big HVAC in the attic. And the greatest miracle is I never have to get up in the attic again AND no more filters. Not inside the house. The only filter is the big one in the attic. For the next ten years they will come out here to change my filter. The heat in the house is so soft and gentle. If you’re familiar with radiant heat you know what I mean. This was my first experience to handle this massive task by myself. I would recommend MY FAVORITE SERVICE COMPANY to anyone and everyone. Plus…..there’s a bonus here. My electric bill was only 135 for January. Pretty sure that’s the lowest that bill has ever been in this house. I’m happy.
When my entire HVAC unit went out, I got a few different bids to either repair or replace my system. My Favorite Service Company was recommended to me by one of their former employees so I gave them a call and talked with the owner. A few hours later, Noel was at my house checking on my system. He provided me with a ton of information, answered all my questions, and provided with me solutions that made it an easy decision to pick them to do the job....and boy am I happy I did!! The crew showed up the next morning right on time and got right to work. They were professional, courteous, and really respectful to not only me but my house as well. The left it cleaner than they found it to be honest. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company.
From the start these guys were quick to respond to a request for service I made. I have three split units in a new construction house, but I needed them serviced for the first time since I moved in. My technician was able to answer my questions and gave me tips on how to keep the units running smoothly between servicing appointments.
Had JACOB TYRONE MCBEE,was on time very neatly dressed, explained every step of what we are having done so I totally understood. Very friendly already have it scheduled for tomorrow. Looking forward to it.
VERY professional and attentive to everything, big and small. It is very apparent they take great pride in making sure you are 100% happy, down to the attentiveness they place on leaving your house as clean as it was if not cleaner, when they leave. The first half hour was all making sure they had mats down everywhere they were walking so as not to bring in anything from the nasty weather outside. Our heater went out at about 5:30 on a Monday afternoon with temperatures barely above freezing at the time and Noel was on site at our house by 7:00 that night. No body better than these guys. Noel and his team are absolutely TOP NOTCH and go way above and beyond.
Noel went way above and beyond. He went to get us a heater.dor tonight mean while we address the situation. God was definitely looking out for us sending a guardian angel. We recommend this company. Absolutely. Again we highly recommend this guys thank you!
