Install out door A/C. Techs Angel and Bryce were very fast and extremely professional.
I have a very old model A/C system and my cooling coil went out. A replacement was ordered and with a bit of holiday delay, arrived today. The new unit was installed and in testing it was discovered to have a defective part. My technicians did not give up but were able to obtain a new part and get my system up and running again. Throughout the process, the technician kept me updated on any problems and progress. When it is time to eventually replace my A/C system, Climate Express will be my company.
We had our 2nd and 3rd HVAC systems replaced by Climate Express. The process has be great every time. Their prices are fair and they share all the information you need to make an informed decision. The install teams are great. Professional, polite, clean and efficient. Emily was very knowledgeable and great to work with.
Stephen Loewen has assisted us twice and is the best! He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why, as well as how to best care for your system. You can tell he genuinely cares and does exceptional quality work!
Super fast, super friendly! Came out quicker than expected. Bill, our tech, Had the Condensor replaced in no time. Checked everything else over and put in the new air filter we had just purchased the week before and hadn't gotten around to replacing. Answered all my questions, and explained everything very thoroughly. Will definitely be signing up for service contract next time we're due for routine maintenance and probably have them give us a quote and do an install for adding a dual zone in our house. Highly recommend!!
My mini-split unit was leaking water into my house! I called my old company and was told they couldn't come out for several days. I called Climate Express and they were here in a few hours! Steve was really helpful and explained what was wrong, etc. The price was very reasonable. I am very impressed with their service. It has been a year since I wrote this. My three year old mini-split was making noises - even when it was off. It turned out to be the condensation pump. I was rather expensive part. I asked if it would be better to get a new system instead of paying so much. They sent out a new system specialist who provided several options. In the end, I just had the pump replaced. Stephen took the time to put some foam rubber behind the pump to make it quieter because the original pump was so loud.

Arrived before estimated time on weekend. Quickly identified the problem and implemented a temporary solution and scheduled follow up visit to resolve the issue. Very polite and professional.
My unit quit at 5:15 on a Friday when the temperature was hovering at 100 degrees. I called their after hours service and Steven was here in under 90 minutes. He diagnosed and quickly fixed the problem. What more could I ask?
Had to call emergency after hour services when our home got up to 84 degrees. Steven arrived within 30 min and had the issue figured out within 15. Had the part on hand and got the job done. A literal life saver, especially in the month of June! He will now be our go to for all AC related issues!
The overflow was backed up. Daniel came out and flushed it out. Great customer service.We will be using them for maintenance.
Called at 9:05 pm they were here out in the country by 10:05 pm and AC fixed and they left at 11:05 pm amazing service and everytime! So consistent
When I called them to set up the appointment the staff was very nice and professional. Then I get the call that they are 30 minutes away and Steven from Seguin showed up right on time! Did his thing , made a few helpful suggestions and was on his way. Very pleasant service call for our a/c unit. Thanks climate express!
We recently had a new HVAC system installed by Climate Express, and the entire process from initial sales call through installation was outstanding. The install team arrived on time at 9:00 am and the installation was complete by 3:30 pm the same day. This included removal of the old system, installation of the new one, testing and adjusting the system and showing us how to program and use the thermostat. The team members periodically explained what they were doing and kept us informed of their progress.
Awesome customer service, our tech was really helpful. Will sure be calling them next time we have a problem.
Long story short. We had a seriously bad experience with AHS multiple times for the same AC issue over 3-4 years. I remember when Climate Express was with AHS around 2018 or so, and the young man that came out and explained EVERYTHING that was wrong! After that the 3 individuals (over 3 years) from other companies didn’t do squat to help us! All they wanted to do was sell parts and warranties that weren’t covered by AHS! Anyways, after we finally caught up with Climate Express (who wasn’t with AHS any longer) they came out and did what needed to be done for our comfort! Albert showed me EVERYTHING from the inside and out that was wrong! To include the chunks of mold that was all over the inside of the unit! I couldn’t believe nobody ever showed me this! Then he took me outside to show me the outside unit and what some person DIDNT DO THE LAST 2 times before! So Emily the sales person came out and showed us 3 different plans. We did the 2nd plan, Silver I think it’s called. O M G ! Yes it’s a new system. Yes it’s a new HALO LED. Yes everything you can imagine it was and IS. Our home feels like a Hospital room! The air crispness is unreal! If you plan on going with CE, and Emily explains what’s about to happen, shes not exaggerating! Oh! I forgot to mention they came out the very next day (only because I think after we told them what we went through and the seriousness of the mold and such). Within 1:20 minutes of the full install, our temperature was at 72 (2 stage I think it’s called) anyways just freakin amazing! So glad we came back and found Climate Express again.
We always receive the best service from Climate Express! Stephen Loewen is an outstanding tech that worked to quickly identify a thermostat issue and promptly replaced it with a warranty thermostat for us! We got on their schedule and done within 24 hours! And as a maintenance customer, we get a discount. Great company, people and service!
I have been using Climate Express for years for not only maintenance but for a full install and other things. This is a company you can trust and that's hard to find these days They are always friendly and helpful.
Stephen Loewen did spring maintenance today. He is always friendly and professional. He clearly explains what he is doing all thru his service visit. He also installed a Blu-QR UV Stick Light. Jennifer in the office, kept me advised of his arrival and scheduling a follow-up visit. On his follow-up visit, Stephen cleaned some microbial growth in the air handler. (See before and after photos) The new Blu-QR UV Light will now inhibit most of any future microbial growth, and purify the air.
