I cannot say how please I am with Classic services, man it’s in their name simply classic good ol’ service. They came to diagnose my HVAC, which was getting previously serviced by Element AC services in San Antonio (DO NOT RECOMMEND), and in a matter of hours they served me with a full diagnostic, pictures, and estimate. These guys are professionals at their craft, please continue to provide that amazing service and look out for the lil guy.
About 3 hours from first phone call (and a little $$) house is cool again. What great company to deal with and Joshua was very professional. Had the AC blower motor in the truck, so that saved tons of time. Took advantage of their maintenance plan as this is our go to HVAC company from now on. Thank you!!!
Very professional and understood what I needed in cleaning and replacement unit. We prefer paying cash so this will all get done in about 3 months.
Really enjoy working with classic. We use them at my company and always enjoy their professionalism and just straight up know how. Jeff was the first tech i worked with both at work and my home and he is still there but is a manager now so Shannon is my new tech and he was amazing as well. These guys know what they are doing!

I love this company. Their technician Mitchell is super knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed issues with our heater that everyone else missed. We noticed a huge difference this year when it got really cold.
We had been with our previous AC company for over 6 years with maintenance contracts. They had quoted us an unrealistic price for installing some UV lights. We went in search of another quote. My husband called around to three different companies. Classic responded with a great telephone conversation and seemed to really want our business. They had a representative come within 3 days . The technician was very honest about what he found. He had quotes to us that very afternoon. The technician installed the equipment and we now have new maintenance contracts in place. We also love that they are local in New Braunfels. The old company never inquired as to why we were leaving them. Very satisfied.
We love Classic AC and Heating! Every time we have called, they’ve made it a priority to show up quickly to make sure we were taken care of!
We had our entire system replaced, inside and out, including new ductwork. They first looked at the size of the house and the number of windows to size the system and yes, we needed bigger ducts (no real surprise for a 1998 construction). The crews worked very efficiently. The crew and supervisors were very courteous and conscientious, listening to our concerns, and responding promptly. They were very responsive to special requests, such as timing of installation coordinated with carpentry, landscaping, and other attic work. We had no damage to the property and no lost pets due to gates being left open (they even learned our dogs' names!). The price was competitive and the workmanship is excellent. We have had them doing the preventive maintenance for 3 yrs now and they are courteous, competent, and reasonably priced.

We have used Classic Air for all air-conditioning services for 5+ years now. Recently, we also used them to install roof insulation. Reasonably priced and timely as always. Unless their quality of service declines, we will continue to be loyal and recommend their services to others.

Classic Services has been one of the best services our family has ever used for anything, not just HVAC. All staff and technicians are prompt with any answers to questions or other needs. Mitch knows everything there is to know about installation and repairs and had gone the extra mile to ensure that we as customers understand and are comfortable with any proposed services, and works with us to make decisions on how we can save the most money. He especially has been great!
From the very first inquiry to the day of installation I had a great experience. Everyone was nice and answered all my questions. The tech that was there for install also was patient when my elderly father had questions. Highly recommend!!
Excellent experience with Classic. I had another company the day before who could not fix it immediately, and then came back with a higher quote. I called Classic for a second opinion and they showed up promptly, and were able to fix it on the spot for a lower price. Will definitely be using them for all of our future HVAC needs.
