We have been using Cool Controls for several years and are always impressed with their responsiveness, usually able to come out within 24 hrs of a call, and affordability. We are under their annual service contract and often the repairs, service are covered under that with no additional charges.
Tony and his crew are very professional.. they were very timely ,worked very well and also kept everything clean and organized on installation. Definitely will be using cool controls from here on out.

Tony and his team are absolutely great! They are always on time, they fix things the first time and their prices are very reasonable. Also most importantly they are honest and up-front about what you need and they don't try to upsell you repairs you don't. I have used them commercially for maintenance on an office building and also personally for my home. Highly recommend them!
