Kovack Heating and Cooling is fantastic! Donick was very responsive and helpful as he was able to send over a technician several hours after calling. The technician was very knowledgeable and did an exceptional job getting our HVAC system back up and running. I highly recommend doing business with them!
The specialist was on time and very knowledgeable. He listened to what I had to say and then got to work on my AC unit. He fixed the Unit and clarified to me in layman’s language what the issue was and what it took to fix the issue. Overall a great experience!
Great customer service and follow up. They installed our new HVAC unit in our former home and reach out annually to perform routine maintenance and inspection. Since we moved we have had them service our furnace and heat pump. Highly recommended.
Top Notch. Kovack Heating and Cooling repaired my AC which had flaws and was not function well. I even offered to replace the system as it is getting up there and he gave me the honest opinion to wait! Now they are our team. Prompt, reliable, available, courteous, effective, competitive. Very impressed by their services.
Eric is awesome and he does a great job and always wanting to go above and beyond my expectations. He’s probably the most polite and kind person who came to help fix our problem. I will be a returning customer as long as he’s employed. Highly recommended.
