I was very pleased with the quick response time when my AC quit shortly before 5:00 pm. The young man figured out the problem quickly and got the system running for us. We will definitely use this company again when needed.
I called these people from out of state to fix my mom‘s AC unit which had stopped working. Being in the great state of Texas you can’t go without air conditioning. They were able to get it looked at and repaired within 24 hours and take payment via phone. I’m very happy with the response time and service they were able to provide. I don’t know how much AC service typically runs but I also felt like it wasn’t very expensive all things considered.
Called on a Saturday and was able to talk to an after hours technician. He said he could be at my house in half an hour and he was! He diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. He was so polite and professional. He had the house cooling off again and I was so grateful. I would highly recommend this business.
MCM has been my go to since I moved to Texas. They are always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Tonight I had to call with an after hours issue. Without going into detail, I would not have been able to stay in the house overnight as things were. Their on call tech came out, quickly identified my issue, and spared me a night in a hotel or on a friend's couch. To top it off, if anything, I feel like the price was way too low all things considered. These guys have MORE than earned my loyalty at this point. Thank yall so much!
I called at 4:30.pm because our inside unit was soaking the carpet. They came out promptly and assessed the situation. The issue was resolved within 30 minutes. A job well done and much appreciated. Highly recommended!

We like MCM and use them often when we have Heating and air conditioning issues. They also have an after hours or weekend service that is a lifesaver because many times things have malfunctioned unexpectedly and not many places will work on weekends

Very responsive and professional service business. Honest & fair pricing. Call them NOW and schedule your spring tune-up. MCM is very proficient in maintaining our two HVAC systems, and advise us on how to save on our electric bill. The techs (Drew & Josh) are prompt, friendly and know what they are doing. The office personnel are extremely helpful as well. If you want HONESTY and INTEGRITY, you need to call MCM Heat & Air.
A technician called 15 minutes before arrival. Two technicians arrived at the scheduled time. I needed a seasonal inspection for 2 units. The inspections were done in a timely fashion. The cost was as quoted. I dealt with just one technician who was neatly presented and cordial.
The response and service I received from the people there was amazing. They will always be my go to company for all my HVAC needs.
Really happy with the service from MCM! Came the same day I called. Very honest techs! Had us up and running in an hour. Showed me what he did. Definitely will use them again. Hopefully won't have to but if I do I finally feel like I have someone I can trust.
Very poor overall experience with MCM. We purchased a multi-head ductless mini split for a new build. The installation process was very unprofessional. The units were mounted out of balance which caused the condensate lines to drip water down the walls and subsequently ruin the sheetrock. The units were incorrectly tuned and charged, which caused one or more heads to request pressure at much higher rates than the adjacent units. We requested service on multiple occasions to remedy the issue. The service technicians were often late or not show up at all. After 18 months of trying to work with MCM, we were forced to replace the unit using a different service company. I highly recommend finding another local HVAC service company.
Excellent service, high temp, 98 year old mom in house. Emergency. Derrel was very competent, friendly and very pleasant. Will call mcm in the future!
This company is getting 10 stars rather then 5! Great company great owner and truly a blessing to have Darryl at my service so quick! This company deserves a pat on the back for such great service and response time !
They came out looked at the AC said it needed $8000, to repair, I got a friend out that does maintenance, he found a broken wire and repaired it for free,
First time user but definitely not my last. Called Thursday morning and though they were on an install call they came as soon as they finished that afternoon. Chad diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it quickly. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend these guys!
