I called to have something checked out and Trevor was there within 30 minutes. Even though our issue didn’t end up being with the A/C system, he thoroughly checked everything out to ensure it wasn’t. He also helped find the source of the problem. Trevor went above and beyond to pinpoint the issue. He took pictures and a video since it was in a place that could not be seen very well. He is very thorough and you can tell that he truly values the relationships he has with his customers! Thank you so much, Trevor!!
Hesse-Schniederjan installed a new unit at our home back in 2015, and we had a great experience then! Flash forward to today, and I called their office right at 8am to request service on our unit as our house was not cooling down overnight. They let me know due to the number of calls/requests, it wouldn’t be until the following day that they could come out which was no shock given the excessive heat this week. Much to my surprise, they were able to squeeze us in after some cancellations, and got us back up and running in fifteen minutes!! Super impressed and thankful!

Mike was very efficient and knowledgeable of the system. Hands down best a/c service I’ve had anywhere. He even came back by the house after service call to ensure system was working properly. This company is getting my next install order

Trevor graciously came on his day off on a weekend to install a window unit to keep me cool while I wait on a part to fix my AC. Mike has been great trying to fix the problem with my old unit and has gone above an beyond as well.

I called in a service request check for an issue we were having with our A/C, and repair tech Austin arrived the next day. Awesome email/text notifications of arrival ETA, and quick diagnoses and repair of the issue by Austin. Repair was explained and advice given on avoiding future issues. Very professional service, and I will definitely contact Hesse-Schniederjan for any HVAC needs in the future. Thanks!
Victor and Austin did a great job replacing our compressor. The area was challenging to get to but they got it done. They were on time and professional. Prior to replacing our compressor, Trevor came out to give us options. He was very helpful and thorough. We have used Hesse-Schniederjan for 20+ years and have always had great service.
They replaced our HVAC system with a Trane. When the HVAC system came in they came out the next day took out the old one that was put in when we had the house built 10 years ago ( in the attic) and put in the new one. They were very professional, friendly and kept us informed as to the progress. It only took the morning to do everything. They even vacuumed. They answered all our questions. They explained what they did and how the thermostat works! It is so quiet! I am no longer sitting in my living room with a sweater and blanket on. I would highly recommend them.
Trevor, Kenzie, and the rest of the team at Hesse Schniederjan took great care of us. Contacted Trevor on a Tuesday about getting a new system, and Friday by noon they were done. Excellent group of installers as well, very happy with our results.
Had a trailer problem... not a an A/C problem... pulled into parking lot and guy helped me put trailer back on hitch.. so they get a 10 out of 10 from me!! Thank you!!
We purchased our home and learned the HVAC system was installed and had been maintained by Hesse-Schniederjan. We called them to inquire about a couple of issues and Trevor came to see us within one day! His quick responsiveness was wonderful, and he had a few suggestions for how we should move forward. He was patient with explaining the resolution and plans moving forward, he was kind and considerate of our needs, and honestly he has been just above and beyond in managing the entire process for us! He made everything as easy as possible for us. Managing two different projects in our home, checking in on us often, ensuring we had it complete before a serious cold snap so we could keep our baby’s room warm, checking in to make sure contractors did a great job and we were happy, I can keep going!!! Trevor has been amazing and we’re so grateful to him! So glad we found y’all and had such a great experience.

Trevor Muller our salesman was very knowledgeable. He explained several options for us. We had a 25 yr old ac unit which bit the dust. He gave us great options we decided on a 16 seer Trane outside unit with a New coil. High efficiency. He had it here within a week the installers were Wonderfull. I thought they came in dozens as many guys that were here. We are super pleased with all. Trevor was great saw it completely Thru. From sale to installation. I am sorry I don’t remember all names. Tyler and Trevor stood out. Great company.
Would highly recommend this company. Zander and Kirby installed a new HVAC system. They were prompt, very professional and friendly. Answered any questions we had. Definitely went above and beyond! Very happy with our decision to use Hess Schniederjan!
From start to finish we were taken care of in a caring and professional manner. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done well and done right.
