The guy I talked to on the phone was great but the guy that he has working for him is horrible. First time out he was great. Then had to call him out a second time and took forever for him to call me back and get out here. Finally got out here looked at it and said he had to order a part for it and he would be back Friday. That was over a month ago and have not seen him since and can't get anybody to call me back.
Paul is trustworthy and was so helpful with our GE dryer! He came to check it out quickly, figured out the issue, and advised the lowest repair cost possible. I highly recommend and will call him first in the future for appliance repairs!
