I would not recommend this company. I had an issue with my heater a year ago. They came out and looked at it and said it was fine (which turned out to be true, they were right). Then the tech spent a good 30 minutes trying to sell me an air purifier for my house, which I did not want. That alone did not prompt me to write this review. About a month ago, I had an issue with my AC unit. Everyone I called was booked up for a couple weeks except this company (I now know why). The tech came out and declared that "There was a leak in the coil of my AC unit that would cost $3500 to replace and that I might as well get a new unit for $7500". He also said that when it started it was starting with ~60AMPs (or volts or watts or something, IDK about electricity) and that it should be starting at around 8AMPs. Another indication it was soon to break completely and that we needed a new one. He also said he could put more Freon into the unit to tide me over until we bought and installed a new one. He told me that there was no way to know how much Freon would need to be added until it's done as it was "like adding air to a basketball on the other side of a wall. I just can't tell how empty it is." 4.5LBS of Freon and $500 later he was on his way and said they would schedule a time to come out and sell me a new AC unit. This all seemed incredibly fishy to me, so I called another company and had them come out. They immediately used a device to measure how much Freon was missing from my unit (why didn't the original company have this device?) and found it was low again. They then used a device that detects leaks in the system and scanned all my lines and attic parts until they found a leak within the unit itself in the condenser (not the coil, why did the original tech not have this device to detect leaks?). They gave me a price to replace that part and also the pricing for a new unit for me to compare. The price to replace that part was significantly less than a new unit so I went
Dylan quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue that was causing the problem with the system not cooling. I brought up the service plan, and he fully explained it and the different levels, which led me to purchase the plan. All in all, it was a great experience!
Our A/C died on a Monday night, Dillon came out on Wednesday for an estimate cost. Kenna ordered the repair parts on Thursday and Jack, Mo, Jessie, Carlos all came out on Tuesday morning @ 9 to start the install. Mo worked on outside unit, Jessie cleaned the ductwork spotless, Carlos and Jack tackled the inside unit and we were cooling back down By 5 pm that evening. These guys and Absolute heat and air are awesome and very professional, would highly recommend them.
I feel guilt for not choosing absolute. I opted to use another company because it was cheaper. Dylan was very professional and knowledgeable. He was the only one of my 4 quotes to be so thorough. That amount of quality comes with a price . Literally it was over my budget. After talking with Dylan I knew that if I gave absolute my business there would be no issue. I just couldn't swing the price gap between theirs and a close competitor. Financing options are amazing and they pointed out things no one else did. But the amazing part about that is they didn't pressure me to buy the extra . It was informed suggestions. My words not his... I took what he pointed out and am having someone cheaper look at the additional issues he found. I'm grateful I had them come give me a quote and hopefully I won't regret using someone else. I know who I'm calling if things go wrong again. If I only had the funds or wanted to pay payments for the next 4 years (0% interest if u have a down payment and qualify for it. ) sorry for taking your expertise and having someone else do it for less. Yall are great.
We had a great experience with Absolute Heat & Air. It was fast and easy to get an appointment. The person we spoke with was pleasant. Our service technician arrived on time and went above and beyond what we expected. The price was very reasonable. We will continue to use their services in the future.
Our A/c went out and within a couple of hours of calling we had someone at our house working on it! Completed the job in one visit! Highly recommend !

I recommend Absolure Heat & Air. They provided same day service and great communication. Sean was professional and courteous. Kenna in the office worked with the manufacturer to get the needed part under warranty and saved us money!
Sean was super nice and answered all of the questions I had as a newer home owner with literally no clue about my system. I felt like the pricing was really fair for an after hours service call and he was really respectful of me, my kids and the pets in the home as well. Will absolutely be using this company going forward and highly recommend them.
Sean did an amazing job thoroughly going through all of our systems, inspecting and diagnosing current and possible future issues. Very knowledgeable and look foreword to working with them in the future.
