Mr. Eric showed all 5 of the qualities listed above. He was explaining things to me as l asked questions and let me know what he would be doing and the reason he was doing the various tasks. He was very nice and respective
I had a great experience today with Willard. Robert Hall was my technician and gave exceptional service. Not only did he fix my issue, but he went out of his way to make sure he had the equipment to get us up and running the same day. He explained everything thoroughly and left us with an understanding of our current situation and future needs. Thank you again. My daughter does not have to sleep in the heat tonight.
Q was courteous and professional. He explained the work needed and let me ask questions. He called his boss and put him on speaker so I could hear the conversation. It’s rare to find a company that can respond so quickly to a call. That definitely counts a lot in my decision on who to call next time.
Derek and his assistant came out check a GFCI at my pool equipment. I had replaced to original plug, but was getting no power. Derek noticed a separate breaker had tripped. He did not charge me a service fee. I will definite6use Willard again, and request Derek.
Chuck came out and replaced our aerators, simple fix and water pressure was back to normal. Willard was nice enough to waive the service fee on the plumbing service (as a promo).
I returned from vacation to find my AC unit not working. My house was a miserable 97 degrees. I called Willard and they were able to get an appointment scheduled that evening. Within three hours of returning home, my unit was fixed and cooling. Great customer service all the way around!
Had a small issue with my unit and Willard came out first thing in the morning. Joel Melgar fixed it right away-just a minor maintenance thing. He explained everything and was very nice-so happy with my service! Omar Martinez came out - very informative and thorough. He’s awesome and trustworthy! Joel Perez came out to install my new AC and Furnace. He did an amazing job! Worked hard, was kind and got everything running perfectly!
When your AC crashes in Texas, right before a major holiday weekend, finding responsive, reliable professionals to help in a timely manner is often more of a challenge than it should be. Fortunately, I called Willard AC. They were able to send out a technician the same day. Jose was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He answered my questions, explained issues,and was able to fix the problem quickly. I would have preferred a more transparent approach to the price I was paying, breaking out the material cost vs labor, but total job pricing is common in this industry and, all things considered, the price I paid was fair and reasonable. I will use Willard AC for future jobs and recommend them to family and friends.
Juan & Michael were exceptional in the quality of their installation work. They were courteous, considerate, professional, diligent in their work and meticulous in their clean up of the work areas post installation. It was a pleasure to have them servicing the A/C needs in our home! We highly recommend Willard Heating & Air Conditioning because of employees like Juan & Michael!
Payton did a great job servicing our AC system. He arrived only a few hours after I called to request service.

FIVE STARS. I want to mention all of the guys that have gotten us through the hottest time of the year SO FAR. You won’t meet a nicer gentleman than Robert Hall. We are new home owners & silly us.. our 1980 & 1982 HVAC & water heater needed to be replaced. It took a few days to replace & repair VERY old equipment, but I recommend WILLARD as a whole for ANY SERVICE! I want to recognize Robert Hall, of course. Korey Noel was such a sweetheart & did the best temporary job he could to keep us cool through the night. Chuck May was our hero plumber, came on his day off & stayed very late to make sure we would be cool. Charles Gandy with was really THE MAN! He stayed all day to make sure the job was done the RIGHT way, not the easy way. Mark Hawk should be equally recognized! As well as your very sweet & professional receptionists. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If I could give them a 10, I would. I have been without air for 9 days, called this company and they came out the same day. All stars ⭐️ in my opinion.
This was my first time using Willard Air. I had a ac issue and was able to get it fixed with in a few hours the same day. My ac tech was Brandon and he was GREAT! He let me know when he was on the way. He was very professional and polite. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained how everything with the ac system worked. He was helpful and was able to quickly fix the ac issue I was having! I will defiantly use Willard Air again and I will defiantly request Brandon!
Service technician Rylee Littrell came out and diagnosed our home AC problem. He was very professional and explained causes of our subpar AC system performance. He resolved our issue and we would surely use him again.

Robert Hall was the tech. He was very professional and polite. Gave me great recommendations to my problem. Unfortunately through no fault of his own he was not able to fix my A/C as it needed freon which they no longer make. Would recommend this company to anyone needing A/C work.
