My technician was really on top of everything. He took the time to make sure everything was in order and that I knew how to use the unit properly. He made sure I knew where the emergency shut-off switch was and gave me a thorough rundown of why my unit needed repairs in the first place. I would definitely recommend him for heating repair services.
I woke up Monday morning with a broken furnace and was scheduled to give an important presentation at work that day. I called Turbaire One HVAC and spoke with Mike who was very polite, helpful and reassuring. He sent out a technician within the hour and by noon my furnace was fixed. I can't thank him enough for his superb furnace repair service!

I have never had a positive experience with HVAC installation. It always seemed like they took forever to come out and when they finally did, they would only do the bare minimum. I was fed up with this so I hired a big company to do the job and I have to say it was a nightmare! They didn't even show up on schedule. Finally, I found Turbaire One HVAC on Google and they were the best in doing our AC installation in Forney!

Kevin is a real asset to Turbaire One. I was having a problem with my central heating and the heat wouldn't turn on. Kevin was at my home within 20 minutes, he explained the issue in detail and fixed it right away! I couldn't have been happier with that heating repair experience!
