We recently replaced our AC unit, but unfortunately, our home warranty denied both service and replacement for the unit. However, when I discussed our situation with Jacob, he recommended a replacement. His quote was quite competitive. I was impressed by his exceptional professionalism and commitment to the job, which exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Jacob and his team to anyone in need of such services. I also appreciate Samuel's technical knowledge in the field. Their expertise and service are truly commendable.

Called in and Jacob diagnosed my problem over the phone, my blower motor was going out, Jacob responded to my house in less than 24 hours, had the materials already on the truck, work was the best I’ve seen, very clean and professional, he left the area cleaner than he found it, exceptional !! I’ve used a lot of AC companies over the years and have never seen service like this. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

I will be recommending Superior Air Conditioning & Heat to all my friends and family!!! I was very impressed with Jacob's professionalism and communication as well as Samuel's (my tech) knowledge and honesty about the situation. He was great in explaining things to me and what was best from a cost perspective. I didn't feel like I was ever being "sold" on things I didn't need (which is often how these things go). Even receiving the quote and then the payment invoice to my phone made review and payment so easy. It was really just an all around great experience. Would give them 10 stars if I could!
I have used Superior several times with flawless service each time. Last summer they fixed my A/C unit for a very reasonable fee. Recently, my heat went out and I contacted Jacob who was able to get to my house extremely quick and fix the issue. We then discussed options to get a full HVAC system replacement because my unit was nearly 20 years old and rapidly approaching the end of its lifespan. I chose to go with Superior without any hesitation because I trust Jacob and Jeremy to do the job properly and are honest and trustworthy guys. I should also add that they went above and beyond with the way they mounted the furnace and were able to add an extra return vent in one of my rooms so we are more comfortable.They did an excellent job and highly recommend superior for any of your heating and air conditioning needs.
Unfortunately I was having to replace two complete HVAC systems at once. I did quite a bit of research and got several quotes. Superior and Jacob were recommended by a friend. Superior gave me the best price for systems I wanted and did a wonderful job on the installation. They certainly did quality work and installed high quality equipment. Jacob answered all of my questions and always answered when I called. He and his employees went above and beyond to give good service. Jacob did exactly what my friend said he would do. Great work at a great price. I would recommend Superior A/C and Heating to anyone.
Jacob was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and talked to me like a peer. He even decided to come back a few days later because the outside temp being too low and he wanted to be sure the recharge of the AC unit was accurate. I would recommend him highly.
So, I'm out of town for work and get a call from my wife saying the AC unit for our upstairs quit working. (It lasted 17 Texas summers). I told her to call Jacob Bolton at Superior Air to have him look at it. He came out and diagnosed my unit had a bad compressor. I discussed the issues I've had with my upstairs staying cool in the middle of summer and what we could do to make it better. He performed an inspection of how the the system installed and made several recommendations to help make it better. I agreed and he submitted quotes for several different AC manufactures. I agreed to the quote, which was very good for what we were having done. Jacob and his team showed up Monday morning. Before starting any work, they put down a protective blanket from my front door, to the attic stairs. They had the old system out and new new system installed and up and running within 6 hours of arriving. His team did a great job of cleaning up before they left. After his team left, I did a thorough inspection of the install and all I can say is, it was outstanding! The best part is, now my upstairs stays cool when it is 100 degrees outside. If you are having issues with your air conditioning system, I would highly recommend having Superior Air take a look at it for you. Thanks Jacob!

We have a unit that is 20+ years old and being that we just bought this house about 8 months ago, buying or financing a new A/C wasn’t in the cards for us at the moment. After 5-6 other A/C companies came out charging a service for each one, no one would even discuss repairing or determining what the true issue was. After calling Superior, Jacob was understanding to the situation and even discussed the issue further with me over the phone vs charging me a service fee, which I truly appreciate. His tech, Samuel, came to the house & within 10-15 mins, he diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it within 30 mins of n addition to other options that we have going forward. It has been a very long hard month without A/C and having 2 special needs boys along with working from home. Superior will definitely gain my business again. I had a quote from another HVAC business and they relayed an amount that was extremely expensive. I reached out to Superior and they provided a quote over the phone and came out same day for service. Extremely professional, accurate, and courteous. Will certainly recommend and continue to do business with!
We had Superior perform a preventative maintenance service on our A/C System. It was the first time for our new home, being less than a year old. Set it up with Jacob. He was great. The tech was punctual, knowledgeable and informative. I was at work and my wife was working from home. He did so well with giving her information that she had no problems relaying it to me. He even had good advice to help take care of the system for the long term. This will be the only company I call going forward. They were amazing.
Not only were they reasonably priced but they were extremely responsive, respectful, and professional. All communications before, during, and after our service were informative and helpful. Our new HVAC system has made SUCH a difference! We shopped around and got a lot of quotes and recommendations and ultimately chose Jacob and his team for their product knowledge, flexibility, and price. They performed a quality job and left our house cleaner and cooler than they found it. So far, so good! Definitely check them out of you're in the market for HVAC work.
Long overdue leaving this review- Jake and his guys came out a month ago to repair my ac that had frozen up the previous day. My home is almost 5 years old and not only did they immediately address the issue to get cold air blowing again but identified the culprit of the problem and researched the part and original installation to find the part (interior unit coil) was actually covered under warranty. They were out the next day part in hand changing it out. While they were in my home they addressed a long time issue we’d had with one room staying way hotter than the rest. We’d had this issue addressed before by someone else who made it a bit better but Jake knew right away the perfect solution that not only made that room cool like the rest but I feel the entire home is blowing way cooler air or maybe more of it🤷♀️ At this point I’m more often raising the temp on the thermostat to shut the unit off because it’s so cold instead of lowering it like before. I’m happy to report these guys really know what they’re doing!
It can sometimes be a challenge to find technicians with both high competence and also integrity - Jacob and his team have proved to have both. When our mini split system that they installed last year stopped cooling, Jacob and his team were able to locate the problem, and within 24 hours repair it according to the warranty rules that they had promised. They have been professional, got the job done and added no unfair additional fees. I fully recommend them!
This business is very professional, thoroughly explain what they will be doing and let you know if there is a problem. I’ve used them for years and would not have anyone else work on my system.
