I hear the service is great, and their work is impeccable, however, someone might recommend to the tech driving the company F150 south on I-45, then south on 175 for a couple exits that their driving, specifically lane changing skills, would greatly improve if they would stop texting while driving. Forney Air and owner Richard Simpson was truly an outstanding AC/Heating company. Unfortunately My. Simpson passed recently and Forney Air appears to be out of business.
Melissa scheduled my routine maintenance. Saul came out and found an issue that could have caused a fire or carbon monoxide poisoning and he repaired it. I have been using Forney Air for many years now, and have always been happy with customer service and repairs. Everyone is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I strongly recommend Forney Air.
Saul with Forney Air went above and beyond my expectations. If your looking for AC work Forney Air is the company to call! They were prompt, effective, professional and informative. He provided accurate upfront cost estimates. Unlike the previous company I called Saul was actually able to “fix it in a flash”😉 without the bloated predatory pricing schemes. I can not recommend this company enough!
This was the second time I have used Forney Air, once for AC and today for heat. They respond quickly and got the job done promptly. I would use them again in the furutre, but hopefully not the too near future, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service.
I called Forney Air because I noticed water was running out my exterior condensation line like someone had turned a faucet on! Chris was the technician who came to my rescue. He confirmed the problem and said he could repair it in 10 minutes. He was wrong - it took about 5 minutes. Chris was professional and competent. Great service - dependable - all the things your mom and dad taught you about CHARACTER - Richard is that guy. Now I need new duct work because for a long time, my garage allowed access to my attic and the creatures took up residence. Now we have that all fixed and we get to repair all the damage those lovely creatures did while having fun in my rafters. Who do I trust? Well Richard and Forney Air - Looking forward to seeing his crew and knowing the job will be done right.
It's been almost 3 years since they attempted to fix my AC. I waited this long, its only fair. I believe they either didn't know how to fix my unit, or they were pushing me to buy a new one. Call another company and had it going. I called forney air to request a refund for charging me for attempted repairs. They agreed to refund my money at first. Then called back saying they want to hook up the gauges and see it running, then I get the refund. I refused. I figured they may do something to the unit. So here we are my ac unit still running. I would be very careful!
We’ve used Forney Air for maintenance in the past. This Spring, they recommended a new AC unit to replace our almost 20 year old unit due to the same issue recurring over and over. This has been the best home improvement/investment we have made. We have immediately seen cost savings. Install was easy. Cost was great. The new thermostats are awesome and easy to use manually or through the app. Richard / Forney Air provides a great service and value.
From Melissa on the initial phone call to Chris as our AC/Heat tech.... our experience was fantastic! We had finally got back from a friend’s home after this record-setting weather, rolling power outages to discover our power was finally back on 🙌🏼 but that our heater not working. 😞 After such a long, frustrating week...that was tough. BUT Forney Air came through big time!!! Someone came out only a few hours after call to diagnose. We needed a part they didn’t have local so Rep Chris drove all the way to Carrollton to get what was needed. They were very responsive to update requests & now our heater is back up & running! 😃 🙌🏼 Was also very fair on pricing & didn’t try to gouge or take advantage. That means a lot these days. I'll tell you what, I've had a lot of bad experiences during the summer with contractors over the summer but this morning, just this morning my heater went out. I called Forney Air at around 630am and Richard, was at my place no later than 730, diagnosing and fixing my unit. He showed me the bad part and explained what happens that causes it so I don't make the same mistake again. This guy is awesome! If you're not using Forney Air, you're using the wrong company.
great service, no hard sell. they repaired a broken wire, only charged me for the service call. unlike the first company who tried to get me to buy a complete wiring harness. good honest folks.
Awesome response and excellent service! I called at 9am on Saturday, the tech was at my house in 15 minutes, repaired the system in less than 30 minutes! And the service charge was much less than I expected! I will use Forney Air exclusively from now on! Thank you Forney Air!
Absolutely an amazing company! I had Forney Air come to my house a few days ago to repair my a/c. They were super fast, professional, and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and for their prices you cant beat it.
Got my AC unit replaced and they did a great job. He offered me two brand quotes and explained what was better for me, went with Amana and it works great. Best price and quality.
Technician arrived within an hour of my call! Robert did a great job diagnosing and repairing my HVAC unit, even sourced the needed part same day. Also checked my capacitor, which was due for replacement, saving me another failure and service call come August. All-in-all, great service. They’ve got all my business going forward!
Richard from Forney Air called me back within 1 hour of my calling. I set an appointment up for 12 pm. He got there 10 minutes early. Found the problem in less than 20 minutes. Fixed in less than 30 minutes. Richard was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and nice. I would recommend him to anyone with air conditioning problems in a heartbeat. Great service! I know who I'm calling if I have anymore problems in the future.
Arlington Home Owner We had several companies come to are home to fix an air issue. We would pay for the work done and few days later same problem. Forney Air came out figured out what was wrong. They showed me what was happening and how they fix it. Very professional and highly recommended.
It took two trips because the problem went away but returned a few days later, I put in a call Robert identified the problem, order a new part and replaced it early the next day. I was not charge for the second trip and the replacement part was discounted. Robert did a great job and I was very please with this company and will use them again.
