Triple A Air Conditioning

I asked for AC rejuvenation service my 11 years old 5ton 13 seer Goodman AC. I felt it was weak. The service person Kendrick was very courteous and professional. They cleaned the outdoor condenser coil which was very dirty due to my neglect. After the service, the AC felt stronger and their detailed report was impressive. However, the next day, the fan suddenly stopped with loud humming noise during hot Texas night which made the AC unit very hot and the house hot. After an hour, when I restarted AC it ran again but it sounds like running and stopping while rotating. Even though it is working now, I am afraid that there are some electrical issues for fan in the future. Maybe this is a just coincidence. However, during the AC service there was some electrical issue that made the AC not working for about two hours. Some circuit breaker tripped. The owner, Kay, came and resolved the issue and again, he was very professional and kind. I am not an expert on the AC and it is not 100% certain that the AC service caused the malfunction. My naive guess is that this accident might be related to the fan stopping. Therefore I give them three stars.

Did a great job conducting some preventative maintenance repair items that were identified during the semi-annual systems check. Prompt, friendly, competent.

First I got a text they were on their way, they were clean, respectful of my property and went right to work. They did an inspection on our 3 units (2 old R22s and 1 newer unit) on a home we purchased in September. Very thorough and gave me a detailed debrief and what they did and gave recommendations. No high pressure sales pitch. I will use AAA once we decide on recommendations.

I called Triple A Air Conditioning to repair my residential AC unit. They were courteous, empathic, and performed all the services promised. Ryan was my technician and he explained what the issue was and the solution. Very pleased with Triple A Air Conditioning and will use them again!

You can tell this is a family owned business by the way they treat their employees and their customers. Call them and become their customer, you won’t regret it. It’s Texas, you’re going to need a great AC company beside you.

Excellent service from excellent people. I was really surprised at how quickly they could get out to us, given that the hot Texas summer is right around the corner. They really took the time to talk through everything, explaining and showing us how our system worked and why/how it was leaking. Kendrick was our service man. He showed up when promised and was a very pleasant person. He tracked down the issue with our HVAC and had all of the parts needed for the repair. He was conscientious and completed the work professionally.

Jerry was very professional he did not have the right part I needed but informed me he ordered it and it would be here Monday. Daniel called and said he got the part and Jerry would be back to install it. He did come back within about 40 minutes. I would recommend Triple A Air Conditioning I have used them for over 20 years and always found their work to be exemplary

Scheduling staff was fast to respond and very helpful. Technician was on time, polite and thorough.

They did a good job, the workers were polite and worked hard. They replaced both the AC and the heating system and it is working fine. They completed the work within the time they said they would.

Chuma Obed provided professional and expected service. He showed up on time and got the job completed. Obed provided recommendations to taking care of our unit. He quickly resolved issues with our newly installed HVAC unit that was missed during installation. Obed seemed very passionate about the work that he does and he is very knowledgeable. Thank you!
