Awesome experience. Called re A/C that stopped blowing cold air on a hot, muggy Sunday morning, and Jason arrived before noon. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, and he gave us many helpful tips and suggestions. He happily answered all of our stupid questions—he obviously enjoys his job, which is a rarity these days. Most importantly, he had our A/C up and running in no time! We will definitely be calling Cold Force (preferably Jason) the next time we need help with an A/C or heating problem.
We have been trying for over a year to find an honest and dependable AC company. Today we found it!! Jason was our technician and went above and beyond. He took the time to explain the mechanics of where our issues were. He spoke to us as if we had known him for ages and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process, which when your AC is out can be extremely stressful. Wonderful company! Would recommend to anyone, and will be!
Such a nice change for HVAC repairs. These guys go above and beyond at helping, repairing the AC then helped advise on ways to improve our usage in the home. These are the guys you want to call first!

My AC was running hot air. I called different places no one available. And I called the CFH &AIR and told Taylor the problem. Then Floyd the manager came as fast as he can. He is nice and polite. This company is very helpful. Thank you so much

Cold Factor has always done an amazing job. Cory was our tech for this visit. He showed up timely and was quick and efficient. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to better cool my home. I highly recommend them!

Quality service here. Had a duct issue that was not mounted/staying attached properly. Called them up after some online searching and got a pleasant lady (I think Taylor?) and she was great. Set me up with a time. They did have a small delay on my initial time/date but were communicative and set me up with a new time. Cory shows up, excellent service all around. Quick, efficient, on time and professional. Can’t ask for much more. Price was upfront, and didn’t try to force any unneeded services on me. Wonderful experience and will use again in the future. Thanks to all involved!
AC stopped working. Floyd came out and got us up and running very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and helped save us some money as well. These people are amazing and will only go through them and recommend them
Floyd the Tech was great. He took the time to check the system for preventive Maitenance and also the couple areas of concern I had. They are always helpful and you feel like you are never taken advantage of. If a problem arises the solution is realistic. Cold factor is a company you can trust and recommend.
I was very impressed with how professional, efficient, and polite the office staff was, and how fast they were able to answer my questions. The technician did an outstanding job, I can't say enough about it. They went the extra mile to get on demand service! I have cold blowing AC on a 87 degree day!
