I cannot recommend John enough if you are having AC problems. Earlier this summer we returned home from a trip to find our AC broken. John came out in a timely manner and fixed it. He was kind, professional and fixed it at a fair price. You don’t have to worry about any up charges or small fees being tacked on. He also spent time walking me through some things I can do to service my AC unit to make it last longer. He’s a good, honest man that will do a great job.

John got me on his schedule immediately and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He also gave me some great hands-on training on maintenance of the unit so that I could perform the tasks myself rather paying a professional.
John has gone out of his way to help fix my 3 AC units when they were old and showed me how to take care and clean the old units. I have since replaced all 3 units with better and more efficient units for a fair price with John. He is knowledgeable and extremely trustworthy. John came highly recommended by our neighbors and I quickly learned why. He came out the very next day and fixed our A/C when the other companies just wanted to sell us a new one. He showed up when he said he would, was so helpful, and charged us a fair price. Best of all, our AC is working again! I won't ever use or recommend anyone else, John will be our guy for life!

Another great experience with John Neek and Air Control Air Conditioning! I called him on Saturday morning because our downstairs A/C stopped working. He was at my house in less than 15 minutes!!! I assume he was nearby but still- completely unexpected! Diagnosed the problem and returned the next day (less than 24 hours later!) and installed a new motor and capacitor and we were back to cool air! He replaced our upstairs A/C unit about 5 years prior. Highly recommend. Honest and kind gentleman!
The one thing we all want in service professionals who come into our home is honesty and transparency, which John is! He will diagnose the issue and never even consider adding unnecessary repairs/charges. Before a friend introduced me to John, I had called a “major brand” company (BB). They tried to add unneeded repairs that would have been well over DOUBLE what John charged and the units are now cooling perfectly. I can not recommend Air Control any higher!
John, is honest and reliable. He installed my Trane several years back and I have him do my annual maintenance.
