I am not happy with parts they sold to me. These are way expensive than compare to other stores . For capacitor, they charged me 257 $.(we can get it 40$. This is awful , I should have research before buying for them and the person trying to sell the plan. I won't recommend at all unless you want donate for them. Update: Owner resolved the issue and he is very much concerned a out the customer satisfaction and he will be refunding half of the money. Thanks Jorge
Company called back quickly and was able to come out same day to get our AC back up and running before excessive temps today. Very responsive and professional! Highly recommend!
Our thermostat was not working and it was a Saturday when most businesses are only available for emergencies and at off hours fee. I called Prime AC and Heat and was impressed that they were open and available to see us that day. They were quick and on time. Very professional and offered good advice in future. Marco was great!! Very knowledgeable!! Replaced thermostat and we stayed cool on the weekend. Thank you Marco!!
Couldn't be happier with Prime. Contractor who originally installed my A/C in 2020 (new build home) gave me the runaround and wanted to hose me. Saw recommendations for Prime were top notch and so called them. Within 2 hours my problem was solved and price was extremely reasonable and fair and repair guy was super professional and considerate. Would definitely recommend using Prime.

I am new to the area and didn't know what to do when my AC went out in the middle of the night. Prime AC answered my call early in the morning and I was able to talk to a real person. They sent a technician out right away. Jorge B was wonderful he made me feel better and gave me all the options for my situation. I will need a new ac unit but did not pressure me in purchasing one, he fixed what was wrong and got it working in less than 1/2 hour. Showed me what was wrong with pictures and explained everything with patience while i asked many questions until i understood. I am very happy with my experience and will be using them again.

We just had out A/C heating system replaced with Prime. It was one of the most pleasant service experiences I’ve ever had. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Reasonable prices and every person we dealt with was professional, prompt and friendly. Great experience. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.
The whole team was very professional, honest and straightforward about the whole process. It’s never fun to have to have to replace a system and see the price tag. Brett, Jorge and the whole crew really understand the customer comes first. They care about people and do everything to make it right. I've struggled to find HVAC businesses that strike me as honest and reliable. After some Internet research, I decided to try Prime AC for this year's spring tune-up. Scheduling the appointment was straightforward and the service was exceptionally thorough. The results were explained with copious photos of what was examined and found. No surprises or sales pitch at the end, even for the one (optional) recommendation, which I declined for now. Based on this one visit, I signed up for their annual service, which seemed like a decent deal. (And, no, I'm not a shill! I'm a real, unaffiliated customer.)
They installed new AC, heat & heat pump system. We couldn’t be happier. Jorge & Jose were great to work with & the crew worked so hard & efficiently. Just emptying out the attic (50-year old ductwork ) was a monumental task. Can’t wait to see the savings we’ll see in the gas & electric bills.
Came out the same day and was able to quickly determine my problem and give me a solution I was able to fix. Very polite and knowledgeable.
Mr. Andrade, a master HVAC tech, provides professional care each visit. This gentleman is always thorough and has expert explanations to issues combined with solutions. The owner, Jorge, offers responsive communication along with trusted customer service.

I just had an old AC unit in my office building replaced by a new one by Prime AC. General manager Jose Martinez was very helpful. He explained the proposal and process thoroughly. He was very responsive to any question that I had. His team finished the project flawlessly as it was planned. I've had experiences with several other HVAC companies in the past including big name brand corporations and small local businesses. It is not so easy to find a service you can trust unless you try it for yourself. I've been with prime for my home and my 2 other offices for the past 3 years or longer. Their service and customer support have always been top notch no matter which technician or customer rep you deal with. Highly recommend for any HVAC service!!!
We are extremely relieved to have found Prime on the web. Jorge, Joe, Brett and the rest of the team are fantastic! We needed a new AC unit installed and I knew what that I wanted to replace the old system. They stepped in and recommended not too much and not too little. They made sure everything was clean and tidy after the install and that the new system was up and running like a charm. Highly recommend leveraging their services and I know we will be relying on them for all of our AC and Heat needs!
