Having been taken advantage of by a prior AC repair company, its an understatement to say that I have a low level of trust when dealing with companies. While calling around to get information on AC Repair costs / service calls etc, 3 of the biggest AC companies in the metroplex were unwilling to give me any information (outside of the initial service call cost) over the phone to make me feel comfortable about having them come out. Their response was "The technician will have to provide that once he arrives". When I came across Elliott's, the receptionist quickly provided me the information I requested and she scheduled a repair technician to come out later in the day. Mr Elliot came out himself (arrived a few hours early), walked me through every step of what he would do, he took the time to explain his thought process and he did exactly what he said he would do. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and gave me an idea of why it happened and what I could expect in the future. He was very professioinal, and most importantly, his invoice matched expactly what my expectations were based on the information his assistant provided me over the phone. Mr Elliott restored my faith in ACC Technicians and I would highly reccomend them for any AC Work.
Wow an Actual HONEST & FAIR company! I could not give more kudos to a company than I can give to this one!!! I am always leary of company that can scam you especially with something you know nothing about, however Elliots is not one of those companies. I was stunned at how helpful and (I will say it again) Honest they were. I would say I highly recommend them but I don't think that statement is strong enough, but for a lack of better phrasing "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!"
Excellent work. Came out first thing. Had a tricky issue, but they stayed after it and got it fixed. Reasonably priced. Will definitely use Elliot A/C again!
We are so thankful for Elliott AC. They were a life saver when my boyfriend and I woke up to no heat on 1/1/19. They came out and gave us a consultation that day - our unit was so old (20-30 years) that we ended up getting it replaced. Not only did they work until it was finished, but they cleaned up and were really great with our dogs! We will be using them for all of our AC and heating needs from here on out!

I would highly recommend Elliott AC to anyone. Very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to properly diagnose my issue. The fan assy. on my 17 year old system had failed and he was very forthcoming about all the costs with replacing the part or getting a whole new system. We decided to get a new system and could not be happier. He finished on time and even helped us register our products with the manufacturer and explained the warranty in detail.

Called Elliot AC today, and Darrell came out same day. Did an awesome job and got my AC working at 9pm tonight. He promised to get it fixed today and he did. Very very reasonably priced. Overall My family is extremely happy with the service we received. A+++ highly recommend.
Fast, friendly, and honest service! Asked for a repair to be done, and was told that it was unnecessary. Good to see someone not trying to oversell work that doesn't need to be done. Would highly recommend.
Very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. These guys will take the time to properly diagnose your issue to determine exactly what the issue is and only charge you for the repairs you need. Anybody else would have seen my 20-year old system and quoted $5k for a whole new system. Instead, Elliot replaced the failed part for $225 and gave me free maintenance advice in addition.
Great experience! Makes sure you get the right solution. What we were told the cost would be was actually $400 less than it was supposed to be, but he honored the initial price instead of increasing the cost! Great guy and one of the rare few that truly wants the customer to be taken care of instead of trying to make extra money off someone. Will absolutely recommend to anyone who needs work done.
Great service! When our 2 year old unit stopped cooling properly, Darrell came over on a Saturday and fixed it right away. Turned out it was just a bug in the outdoor unit and we weren't charged anything for the service call. Best AC guy in the Flower Mound area!
We want to recommend Elliot's to everyone! Our AC went out on Wednesday. I emailed Elliott's the next morning and requested a service call telling him that our AC wasn't working at all. Even though they were fully booked, he fit us in that day. He called at 8:30 that night to say he was on the way. We were amazed that he was still coming since it was so late.He came and diagnose our unit. It is 22 years old but he said it was repairable.We were so relieved because we had just replaced our upstairs unit 6 months ago.He showed up the next day with the parts and was finished in 30 minutes. When I was paying I found out that the owner himself, Darrell, was whom we had been dealing with. He did the actual repair himself. He was so efficient and friendly. We will only use his company from now on for all our heating and air problems.
Called yesterday morning after warranty company came out...Daryl was super helpful and the guys that came out the next morning were very efficient and helpful, knowledgable and friendly! Highly recommened!
Called this morning and they've already come and gone! Friendly, fast and I appreciate the honest opinions and advice on what to do for the unit that's not performing correctly. This is our second time to have Elliott's out to the house and both times have been a great experience - I've passed their name onto several friends, and I got their info from another friend in the first place!
